Our guide Stefano was amazing and gave us many insights into the island which only a local would know. Very friendly and accommodated what we wanted to see and do. Overall, this was one of the best things we did on our entire vacation. Highly recommended.

Capri is beautiful our tour guide around Capri was superb. We really enjoyed ourselves he showed us places around the island up and close and it was everything we wanted.

It was wonderful being out on the water! The boat was nice, the time of the tour was perfect, we loved our captain, too. I would rate this 5 stars, but I rated it a 4 only because our captain was pretty difficult to understand. We tried to listen carefully but I know we missed a lot because it was difficult to understand his English. I want to emphasize that we really liked him and he gave a us a great trip, it just would have been perfection if we could have communicated better. Highly recommend.

Our experience was truly wonderful. Capri is such a beautiful place. Overall, I would highly recommend this boat tour to somebody else. The only flaws I would say was the boat wasn’t super nice, but it was enough to get the job done for sure. The boat advertised in the picture looked a little different. Our tour guide was awesome and really sweet.

Christopher provided us with an unforgettable experience in Capri. The boat was traditional in design and very well maintained. Our captain gave us information about Capri as we explored the various caves etc. around the island. He gave us a delicious snack of fresh tomatoes and focaccia as well as sparkling water and soft drinks. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a fabulous experience! We met Stefano at the designated spot. They were very communicative prior to our excursion on where and when to meet via the app, email and text.
Very flexible on timing as well when we knew that our ferry from Naples would be a little bit later than the original start time.
Once we met Stefano, he walked us to a golf cart and introduced us to Luigi who would be our guide for the afternoon. (to be honest that is where we were a little bit confused because we didn’t realize Stefano was not going with us)
The golf cart shuttle took us into the marina where their boat was docked (about a 5 minute drive but there are public restrooms to use if need be as well)
Once we boarded the boat, we got to go around the entire island. Luigi gave us a lot of insight into various points of interest. We stopped a couple of times to jump in the water and swim. He offered to take pictures of our family with multiple beautiful backgrounds.
I recommend bringing snacks as going around the entire island can take up to four hours. He has water and juice for free. You can pay for wine and beer. He also has towels to dry off if you choose to swim. Because it is a small boat if you are concerned about getting sea sick keep that in mind! For us waters were pleasant but when we were not going fast the boat does rock side to side a lot in the waves!
We had such a lovely time and so happy we came across the opportunity!!

I’m a seasoned traveler and use Viator extensively — in fact, I used it daily over a 10+ day trip through Italy with no issues… until this tour. What was promised was a beautiful, authentic wooden boat — something I specifically chose for my wife and two young children (7 and 9). What showed up was a fake, unsafe-looking “junk boat” that looked nothing like the listing.
When I asked why we weren’t getting the wooden boat advertised, the captain (who claimed to be the owner) told me, “You don’t get to choose the boat. The pictures are just stock images we upload. I pick what you get.” He then told me we either take the ride on this questionable boat or the tour would be canceled with no refund. I explained this was a clear bait-and-switch, and I wasn’t comfortable risking my family’s safety — especially for $500 — but he refused any refund.
When I said I’d contact Viator and even call the police, he laughed and told me, “This is my country, not yours. You’re a nobody here. If you call the police, I’ll have you arrested.” At that point, with my children present, I knew it wasn’t worth escalating further and walked away — both disgusted and stunned.
I’ve since booked with a more reputable company and have contacted Viator to seek a refund. This experience was deceptive, threatening, and entirely unacceptable.
Avoid this operator at all costs — especially if you’re traveling with family.

Our tour guide was rude, unprofessional, and made my brothers and I feel uncomfortable from the moment we stepped on the boat.
The tour started late because our guide was not at the meeting point at the appropriate time. We got into contact via phone and we were told that he had quickly left to get some food and would be right back. In fairness this really wasn't a problem, as we left only a bit behind schedule and we ended up getting more time than expected at the end of the tour.
The real issues began at the start of the tour, when my brother made the mistake of jumping on the boat instead of stepping on. Although he quickly apologized, our guide immediately got angry and told us to be polite. My brother apologized again, and we were told not to "piss him off" and not to treat him like an idiot becuase he doesn't speak English perfectly (???). My other brother, who has been learning and practicing his Italian, attempted to apologize in Italian, saying "mi dispiace." Our guide then told us to speak English because my brother's Italian was "bullsh*t." He than muttered under his breath to "f**k off."
Well, this clearly put a damper on things as we shoved off and made us all very uncomfortable. We basically sat quietly as he went through his rehersed spiel about the history of Capri. He also answered his phone to talk to somone else in the middle of our tour at least five times. To his credit, he did take us to some great destinations and gave us ample time to swim around. But it doesn't matter, because frankly the trip was ruined when he started it by cursing us out over a small mistake.
Some people might think, "Oh, the stupid Americans must have been insensitive and rude some other ways to cause such a reaction." But no — we were polite and respectful from the moment we met our guide. This all stemmed from my brother embarking on the boat (which was a 3 foot drop) too hard. Maybe he thought we were sarcastic when we apologized? It doesn't matter in the end. I would highly recommend choosing a different boat tour to see Capri. Everyone else we've interacted with in Italy have been incredible, so there's no need to spend a 3-4 hour boat trip with an irritable, hostile, and petulant tour guide.

It's rude to jump onto a platform and break it when you've been specifically asked to board the boat slowly and without jumping.

Didn’t get to experience any of the planned “tour.” After a 6am train from Rome to Naples, then an hour ferry to Capri, I really hoped this 9:30am tour would be worth the day trip and money. We couldn’t find the meeting spot once leaving the ferry but a tour operator called my cell to find us. Our boat captain, Luigi, was very friendly to us and welcomed us aboard the boat by about 10:00am.. Our first stop was the blue grotto at 10:15am. We were warned it could take a long time to wait, but did not understand how unpleasant the experience would be. There is no organization of who goes in what order (large tour boats, mini yachts, people on land, etc.) Luigi explained we would hang out in the boat and wait until we were selected by one of the blue grotto paddle boat operators. We were continually passed over, with noticeable frustration coming from Luigi. After 2 hours (yes 2 hours) Luigi attempted to confront several paddle boat operators, but they were unpleasant and soon Italian banter/arguing dampened our mood and experience. We then were told the sea was becoming too rough, and the blue grotto was closing, after which Luigi became extremely frustrated and spoke to other boats about our experience. No one seemed to care! We were nearly out of time after using it to wait for nothing! Luigi said he would take us somewhere to swim quickly then return to the marina. The spot we stopped at was on the way to the marina and was rougher than we expected, not typical snorkeling water. At that point my son and I were beyond disappointed. My son jumped in the sea and got wet and then returned to the boat. We then were brought back to the marina where we had to walk in 90 + degree heat all the way back to the entry area of Capri (half a mile??) The initial golf cart that drove us to the boat was no longer an option. We were left to navigate our way back ourselves- “go that way.” If the tour company knows the blue grotto can be an issue, then we never should have been taken there first - seemed like a big mistake especially if no one is working together to focus on positive customer experience. There are many separate blue grotto boat tours that only do that (and all made their way in front of us during those 2hrs of waiting). Would not recommend based on our disappointing day.

As we have repeatedly stated, we do not manage the Blue Grotto, nor do we control what happens during the wait to enter. We always warn our customers about the long wait and that the time lost there is not made up. Your complaint should be addressed to the company that manages the Blue Grotto.

Stefan was amazing! This was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip. If you want incredible sites and an incredible photo shoot around the island this is a can’t miss activity. We stayed in Marina Piccola and Stefan came and picked us up right at Scoglio delle Sirene which is the dock right in front of the beach which could not have been more convenient. He showed us so many interesting things around the island, got us in quickly to see the blue grotto, and took us all the way out into the middle of the water to jump in and swim with a view of the entire island. We did the 2.5 hour tour at about 2pm which was perfect. I would recommend this tour to anyone coming to Capri!

What an amazing day at sea with WeCapri 🤩 Stefano and his team toured us around the island gave us history and took us to all the must see spots. Starting with the Blue Grotto…amazing! Then we continued on to see the light house, other grottos and the Faraglioni (which we view from our AirB&B) but it was great to see up close and learn about. LOVE THIS TOUR ❤️

Great way to see the island of Capri, I highly recommend this tour. Stefano was outstanding! The sea was quite rough the day we went, but he made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. He is an A+ captain, and was able to navigate the waves to make it the least bumpy for us. The boat was very nice! We got to lay on the back which was comfortable and also provided great views. Stefano explained the history of Capri throughout which was very interesting. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience on our boat trip with Stefano! We did the 4hr tour and it was quite literally so fun and relaxing - we saw the whole island, went into the Blue Grotto, swam in the islands waters, and Stefano explained a bit about the history of Capri as we passed all the cool spots.
On top of that - the boat was great. Towels, waters, a speaker, etc. was provided so everything was so comfortable and welcoming.
We’re recommending all of our friends visiting Capri to tour with “We Capri” and book with Stefano. Thank you so much for the amazing day!!! We will be back again on our next visit

A Dream Day Around Capri with Captain Stefano – Unforgettable!
Our private boat tour around Capri was nothing short of spectacular, and it was all thanks to our amazing captain, Stefano. From the moment we changed, signed some papers and promptly set sail, Stefano made us feel like we were in for a special day—and he did not disappoint.
The entire experience was perfectly curated to us. I wanted to swim as much as possible and my husband wanted to learn all the history and geography. Stefano struck the perfect balance between sharing fascinating historical insights and letting us enjoy our own conversations, which made the trip feel both informative and wonderfully relaxed. Including a short nap when we were feeling a tad sea sick. He took us to stunning spots, including the breathtaking fjords and the enchanting Green Grotto. Although, not super applicable to the tour, it’s a MUST to swim in the Mediterranean. The salinity is very high so you can float without needing to tread water which is just a magical experience. Stefano made sure he stopped at a few spots for swimming and then had a hose of warm water to wash the sea water off.
Each location was more beautiful than the last.
But it wasn’t just the destinations that made this tour exceptional. Stefano’s attention to detail was impeccable—he provided delicious snacks including sun dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese with crackers, and Prosecco that were the perfect complement to our adventure, and his friendly, easygoing nature made the whole experience feel like we were out on the water with a friend. The private nature of the tour needs to be mentioned as well - we saw so many boats with people packed like sardines with no shade. Having a retractable awning and a private boat was worth absolutely every penny.
This boat tour around Capri was the absolute highlight of our trip to Italy. Our boat ride was such a great experience! It was myself and my parents and we had the best boat driver. We loved that it was a private boat so we were able to have our own experience and tell our guide what we were hoping to see. He let us swim in the sea and we had prosecco and snacks. He was very knowledgeable about the island and a ton of fun to spend the day with. Highly recommend this if you are headed to Capri and want to make the most of your time there!

This was an amazing experience and we will plan to book with them again anytime we are able to make it back to Capri! It was our first time visiting and they made sure to tell us exactly where to go and the process was seamless! Stefano guided us to the boat and gave us some great tips for our stay, and Paolo was a great guide around the island, stopping to let us swim several times and made sure we had the full experience of history and wonder of Capri! Perfect 3 to 4 your boat tour around the Capri island. The guide was great, he didn't speak well English but it didn't bother us. He was super sweet and comfortable to be around. He took us to the different grottos (not the blue since it was closed), but we were able to swim in the green grotto and he took us to the popular rock area. we were able to jump in a few times, he had wine for purchase. Noodles for the kids (must, even for good swimmers). Gave my boys googles to look for fish. Towels ready for them. He had patience. Everything was wonderful! thank you for a wonderful time!.

I highly recommend this tour with "WE CAPRI". Very seamless check in and you will can communicate with them via WhatsApp and the Viator app will keep you updated about your booking. Our captain, Stefano was awesome! We arrived in Capri a little earlier, grabbed a cappuccino while waiting for our tour time. I called Stefano and there he was on time at the meeting point. We had a nice tour at his boat (clean, well kept, towels and masks available) and he told us all about each place we were passing during the tour around the island. Her took us to nice and not crowded spots for dives and pictures. He did not rushed us and let us enjoy the time we stopped for a dive. We skipped the Blue Grotto since the line to go in was long. I have been there the first time I visited Italy and, yes it is a nice thing to experience. However, I would say you will enjoy much more going to other spots that are also beautiful and not so crowded. I feel that the value of this tour is worth it! After, that I recommend going up to Anacapri by bus and come down using the Phoenician steps. You get amazing views!

It's the best way to experience Capri. Our Skipper, Stefano, was very helpful and gave a lot of information about the island. The boat was also well equipped with everything we needed (towels, water, shade).
