Luigi was a great guide! Very knowledgeable, fun, and have great recommendations! We enjoyed the amount of time we had at every stop. And while the blue grotto was closed the day we went the tour was still worth while. The boat around the island was very enjoyable.

The blue grotto was the highlight of the trip. We had to wait a while in line for a 2 minute trip through the grotto. Felt a lot like waiting in line for a Disneyland ride. Roberta, our tour guide, was nice and informative. It was mid May and very crowed. The two towns we saw, Capri and Anacapri, were mainly restaurants and nicknack shops. Glad we did the grotto but won’t go back to the island again. A bit pricey for what you get.

we are sorry you didn't like the waiting time to enter the Blue Grotto but like any other attraction, there are many people who want to visit and this can cause a line. Moreover, the island is not just composed by restaurants and nicknack shops but also beautiful historic villas like San Michele Villa, botanic gardens like Giardini di augusto, museum like Casa Rossa, churches like Santa Sofia in Anacapri, streets decorated with local ceramics and finally different panoramic view points like the one on top of Krupp Street in Capri. We invite you to come back to the island and discover what you have missed.

Capri is a beautiful island with so much to see. Luigi was an outstanding guide and highlighted all of the jewels of the island. I highly recommend this tour!

Giorgio, the tour guide, and the whole staff were fantastic. I overlooked the fact that we were supposed to meet in Capri instead of Naples, so we arrived 25 minutes late. The staff were very understanding and went out of their way to get us back with our scheduled tour. Thanks again

Teresa was a wonderful guide! We appreciated her energy and enthusiasm. We were bummed to not see the grotto but Teresa explained the odds are usually against seeing it as it’s closed 2/3 of the time. The boat ride around the whole island was a great substitute. The tour is perfect for those who are brand new to Capri. We were staying on the island so spending time exploring Capri Town for us was sort of a waste because we had already been doing that for the past couple of days and that was just part of the tour. We would have skipped that part if we could. But all in all it was really enjoyable and interesting.

It was beautiful area. Be ready for extra ferry fees. From our cruise port it was hard to find the meeting spot, plus the walk was long. Lots and lots of walking.
Guide was good and easy to find.
Blue Grotto was closed, but boat ride was excellent.

Overall a great trip. The guides worked really hard to make it memorable for all parties. We loved the chair lift from ana Capri up to monte solaro. It was so peaceful and the views were stunning. My son also went on a boat trip at the end of the day at an extra cost. It was very hot and Capri town was extremely busy.

The boat ride around the island was so much fun! We got to see the grottos with the Virgin Mary, blue lights and entrances of several grottos. Our guide also made sure we got to see the gardens on Capri and Anacapri with the lift up the mountain.

Sometimes life doesn't always work out the way we plan or wish it to. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go to the grotto caves due to bad weather. But Alberto turned a rainy morning into a sunny afternoon. 🌞 He made every part of the tour so enjoyable. We loved our visit to Anacapri and the chairlift to the top of the island. Of course, the Blue Grotto was spectacular. The tour leader was the key to a wonderful day.

Full disclosure. We were originally booked on a tour that started at 9am on the island where we would book our own ferry to and from Sorrento. The tour operator contacted us the night before and suggested we meet at 740am with the tour guide in Sorrento and travel with the group that was starting from there. BEST SUGGESTION EVER. Although we were grumbling about getting our jet lagged selves up so early.
We met up with our guide Luigi and the rest of our “family” for the day and he managed everything with perfection. The early start got us to the Blue Grotto and the funicular in Anacapri before any of the lines started so we were able to enjoy the experiences. Both were fabulous. It was so convenient to have a small group tour with a bus to get us to around efficiently to maximize the events for the day.
We opted into the small boat tour to end the day and it was well worth it.
We were amazed by the sheer number of people visiting the island. Having Luigi to manage all the excursions was such a benefit. He also kept us laughing and happy all day. The group was a nice mix of ages, couples and singles and the activities worked for everyone.
Just a final note: the blue grotto and the chairlift in Anacapri lived up to the hype—especially since the early start to the day got us to both places before the crazy lines.

The meeting place, was not written clearly. It said meet at dock 0, when it should have said, met us under the number 0, on the wall. We met our guides 2 hours later at Anacapri. Never saw, the Blue Grotto. I was disappointed. The rest of the trip was fine.
