The tour departed before our arrival and then wanted to charge us 50% more to book again. This is totally unacceptable and very very poor experience
The boat was nice with snacks and our driver was informative. We left 10 minutes late and got in 10 minutes early, with 10 minutes of swimming. It all felt a bit rushed and short.
We had a fabulous 3 hours sailing around Capri on our own private tour. Our Captain was great. He hardly spoke any English but we managed to get the message across and had fun. We had plenty of swim time. The boat was clean and spacious. We had a limoncello shot, a bag of chips and plenty of water. Unfortunately for us the Blue Grotto was closed. We did have a bit of time hanging around at the beginning with the HP travel representative which caused a late departure but this time was made up at the end. It was not an issue for us as we had nothing else booked for the day.
Had a fun trip! Captain was helpful, for reference he couldn’t speak much English but he was funny! He pointed out the sights. Multiple people got seasick because the waves and he made sure to get them to shore as quick as he could and keep the trip going. Awesome guy
To be clear, this is not a review on the boat ride itself, which was fantastic. Booking through this company which was HP travel, was a poor experience. The organization to get on and off the boat was minimal and we had to fend for ourselves. They would have left us behind and acted like it was our fault. The disembarking we were actually attempted at being scammed by the dock attendants who said we had to pay now, even though the boat had left and we weren't sure if this was HP travel or just typical taking advantage of gullible tourists. Aside from the obvious parts that felt like the people onshore were not interested in our well-being, the value for cost was great and the boat tour itself was amazing. We loved our boat Captain.
Very poor organization. No guide. We boarded the wrong boat and the skipper wanted us to trans board to another ship in a choppy sea, but of course we refused
They don’t speak English even when you request in advance. Several people on other boats had same complaints so no clue what we saw
I’ve given the trip 5 stars as we enjoyed it but our captain did not speak a word of English. There were 8 English speakers and 2 Italians on board. We should have been given an English speaker as we had no idea what was being said
Fun time! Our caption shared interest facts and history of capri. We swam, and took good pictures, It was a great time.

The overall experience with both the boat and our captain Vincenzo was wonderful. We only had 3 couples on the boat which made for a perfect journey. I think 6 couples may have been a bit crowded. Our captain made everyone feel very comfortable and did an excellent job navigating us around.
We weren’t informed that this would be a shared boat tour, so we expected a more private experience. We also didn’t stop for a swim, and the afternoon sun made it quite uncomfortable. Clearer communication about the tour format and itinerary would be helpful for future guests.
We had a difference in the advertised itinerary and what we had on the tour. I contacted the tour company, and they said they would provide a partial refund, but I have not heard from them. I see that the itinerary has now been modified to fit what we actually did, so I think this problem will not happen with other customers. I would still like to hear back from them!
We loved this tour! It was such a special day boating alongside the cliffs of capri sipping limoncello
Very helpful and hospitable staff. We had 8 people on the boat which was a good number. Water bottles, limoncello taste, and chips provided. The boat tour was one of the best experiences we have ever had!
With taxes and fees, we paid 83.00. The price customers were paying the same day at the travel center was $25.
We left 15 minutes late and arrived 15 minutes early, so the trip was 1.5 hours. Captain was nice, but spoke Italian, making it difficult to understand, although he was very nice! We received about 2 oz of limoncello, but no happy hour drinks were provided as advertised!
Nice boat. Captain is kind. And small group it s, easier. The views are amazing. You can swim. And we went inside the blue grott.
We saw some beautiful grattoes and had a great time in the water! The guide pointed out many interesting facts about some of the residential homes we passed. Overall such a great time ! <3
Great time! Vincenzo was an awesome captain and the sights are unbelievable. They provide water, limoncello, chips/snacks and beautiful views.
It was just as described so beautiful well organized and fun! They took us out to 3 spots to explore and swim.
Very disappointing experience overall and honestly felt misleading. The tour did not visit several of the major attractions that were specifically advertised in the listing, which was the main reason we booked it. Instead of touring the full island as expected, the driver only covered about half of it before turning back. The only swimming stop that was provided was also extremely short (only around 5 minutes) which felt rushed and nowhere near what was advertised.
Communication throughout the trip was difficult because the “guide” was really just the boat driver and spoke very limited English, so it was hard to ask questions or understand what was happening during the tour.
What made the experience even worse was the company’s response afterward. When we contacted them about the missing attractions and poor experience, they accused us of lying instead of addressing the concerns professionally. Completely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this tour if you expect the itinerary to match what is advertised.
This world rate had great value, and moreover, it was just the six of us on board so it gave a very luxurious and spacious feel! Captain Vincenzo was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surroundings and make sure we had ample time to take photos and videos when we stopped at certain points toward the trip. Everything was on time and well communicated throughout the booking process all the way to the end. If you’re looking for an excellent way to spend two hours of your afternoon in Capri, this is it!
We wanted to see the beauty of Capri’s coast line but not spend the whole day in the water. This tour was the perfect length and included plenty of awe i spiring views. The staff and our captain were outstanding.
My wife and I had an incredible time on this tour! Luca blew us away with gorgeous sights and grotto’s. He was a great skipper and very experienced, we felt totally safe the whole time and had a blast! Took us to a great spot to swim. The best way to see Capri. Highly recommend booking this tour with Luca and the team!
Roberto was our captain and he did a great job maneuvering the craft in a windy situation! We were in no danger, just a sporty day! We stopped at all the grottos and his music track was the best! It was a lovely morning! Grazie Roberto❤️
Our boat tour in Capri was the highlight of our trip! Captain Mario spoke great English, shared interesting information along the way, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He was also very accommodating. The boat was beautiful and had such a luxurious feel. We lucked out on being a small group of 4 people too. We loved every minute and it was definitely worth every penny.
