Our boat tour in Capri was the highlight of our trip! Captain Mario spoke great English, shared interesting information along the way, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He was also very accommodating. The boat was beautiful and had such a luxurious feel. We lucked out on being a small group of 4 people too. We loved every minute and it was definitely worth every penny.

Was a nice experience. Waters were a bit rough in the beginning and the end and my
Family and i got soaking wet. Driver was nice but didn’t speak much English. We still had a great time. Sights were beautiful.

A great 2 hr boat trip. Captain handled the boat great. He struggled with English but it was not an issue. If you are limited on time and have just a day to spend on Capri I highly recommend this tour. We took the 9 ferry from Sorrento and the 12:15 boat tour. After our boat docked we had enough time to visit the city of Capri and Anacapri and catch the 6:00 ferry back to Sorrento.

Excellent tour around the island of Capri. Captain led us comfortably at the perfect pace around the sea. We even got to swim at a couple of spots. He positioned us well to see the many coves and Faraglioni. While he did not speak English, he fulfilled his duties appropriately. Also took our pics and provided snacks/drinks.

The good : This was a fun tour, time well spent and good experience. The boat was comfortable, clean and skipper was capable.
The not good : Skipper did not speak / understand English, so we could not get any questions satisfactorily answered nor did we understand anything that he said (related to the sights we saw). This was a BIG downer.
The missing : We were NOT provided any maps or info of what we would be seeing. I think we covered the spots they promised but we had no idea what was what because of the language disconnect.
The irritating : Not sure why Viator creates a two step process of a viator voucher and the actual ticket ? There was confusion re: what is needed a the meeting place v/s what is needed at he boarding place and who would provide what.

This trip was probably one of my favorites I have ever done with Viator. My mom and I were picked up at the cruise port (a bit of a chaotic experience, but we were able to find our driver) and then taken to the boat which was about 25 minutes away. Getting on the boat was a smooth process and once on the catamaran, we enjoyed absolutely BEAUTIFUL weather and blue ocean the entire day. Lunch cooked by the skipper was fantastic and authentic and the white wine was one I will think about often! Everything about this experience is worth the money if you love beautiful views, being out in the open air on a boat with good music and a nice breeze.

The views were absolutely gorgeous but the tour itself was pretty mid. We thought it would be immersive & have the tour explain the things we were seeing + swimming and snorkeling but that was not the case. We had to ask to swim & it was maybe 10 minutes max and we felt awkward going in. I think it was just our boat because when looking to the other boats in the same company you could see / hear a different experience so don’t want to down on the company as a whole. However our experience wasn’t very fulfilling or immersive but still thankful for the gorgeous views and natural beauty

WOW! Capri is breathtaking. Both my daughter & I said taking this boat tour around the island & swimming in the green grotto was by far one of the most epic experiences we did. We arrived 20 minutes early to try & find the boat. However, we were suppose to go to the store front building across from the boat to check-in. That was the only part of the communication confusing. However, we both rate this our best experience! The boat captain was awesome and pointed out several things around the island. He even took pictures of us while in scenic places. Chartering this with just a few other families was wonderful!

This was so much fun!! It was a little chilly on the boat as it was cloudy this day, but the views completely distracted us from that. I 100% recommend you book this tour. Our guide David was super friendly, as was our skipper. It was just us two and another couple joined at the last minute making for a very private experience. Limoncello was awesome!!

A boat tour is definitely the best way to experience Capri.
The staff at HP Tours were helpful and accommodating. Our ferry was late arriving to Capri. We emailed and advised that we were making our way to the meeting location. A representative called right away to assist us in locating the meeting spot. They were very gracious to delay the departure so that we would not miss our tour.
Roberto, our captain, was pleasant and informative as we made our way along the coast. Though the water was very choppy, Roberto still managed to make our experience one not to forget. Cheers with Limoncello hit the spot!

Great way to see Capri by boat! We were 8 persons and it was a cute classic boat. The guide was super friendly and we saw the different highlights and got the chance to do a longer swim and also go through the “tunnel of love”. It was everything I looked for and is more affordable than doing a private boat.

Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Scammers!!!! The worst on the island!!! Cheaper companies that accommodate individuals that had a ferry delay. Right at the port when you get off the ferry. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS!!!

The worst tour. Tour guide was vaping & scrolling on his phone the entire time. People next to us paid for a tour the fraction of the price and still saw what we did, just didn’t get to go swimming, which we didn’t want to do anyway. Snacks were a joke, we don’t drink limoncello & no alternative offered. The entire thing should’ve been maybe $30, we paid $93.

Truly a magical experience! We were lucky that it was just my friend & I + 2 other people on the boat - so we pretty much got a private experience.
Seeing Capri from the sea and getting the chance to go for a quick swim was a must do when visiting. It’s a completely different experience than being on the busy island.

Our ferry getting to the island of Capri ran late and the Tour could not wait for us. So, we unfortunately did not get to experience this tour, and the company would not refund us nor apply the payment to a different Tour. Very disappointing!

Loved seeing the grottos, the captain made sure everyone on the boat could see. The stop for a swim was great and our kids loved it. I would have given 5 stars but he never offered us a drink or snacks that the trip came with. Maybe it was self-service??

Our tour was absolutely amazing 1000000/10
Our guide Ciro was very attentive, shared great knowledge of the Island, and drove the boat very very well I was extremely worried about getting seasick as I get sea sick very easily but I barley felt the waves as they came because Ciro did such a great job at breaking through them. We can’t wait to go back to Capri and will definitely try to book our next tour with Ciro. We were given the option as a full group at the beginning of the tour whether or not to go to blue grotto as the lines were extremely long. We chose not to, instead we spent time jumping off the boat and swimming, enjoyed lemoncello, snacks, Ciro also took beautiful photos of our family. Everyone was very friendly, place was easy to find & waited for some people that were running a few minutes late which we thought was nice. We took a bathroom break before heading out on the boat none of this cutting into the tour time. Bathrooms heading to the boat are very nice as well include shower & toilet seats!!!
This tour deserves a 5 star rating, our photos speak for themselves.

Being on the boat in Italy sells itself, but the tour guide was very quiet, didn’t explain anything and just randomly pointed things out with no explanation of their significance. The two girls that brought us to the boat were very standoffish, did not get anyone excited for the tour, and one of them was smoking a vape as they only spoke amongst themselves, very unprofessional.

I rarely leave bad reviews but had a horrible experience with H&P Travel who ran this tour.
1. These people are scammers. We accidentally double booked (paid twice), which the staff knew but chose to not tell us until we arrived. When we tried to get a refund for one of the bookings - the lady who 'welcomed' us said to tell the captain, the captain told us to talk to the staff at the counter, the counter staff told us to submit it online and the office in Naples will 'handle it'.
I asked if we'd get our money back and the staff assured us that it will be refunded. It was not. It was a clear tactic to get us to leave Capri so we wouldn't be their problem. They then ghosted my messages on WhatsApp asking why did they lie to us in person and then refuse the refund.
If you are worried about the 1% probability that something might go wrong, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They will collect your money and run.
2. Also, the price of this tour is quite a bit more than the other available ~2 hour tour options. I booked this because I thought it would be nicer, it absolutely was not. Boat doesn't have a bathroom onboard (which again no one told us). You might think cheaper boats are not as nice / have more people onboard but trust me it makes no difference in your experience. You can also get a boat tour for even cheaper once you are in Capri, there are many boats around.
3. The actual tour was mediocre. Captain was basically the only nice person in the entire experience, but barely spoke English so we didn't understand anything he tried to explain. Swam for less than 5 minutes.
