This was an amazing trip! Ortiz and Antonio were wonderful. Both super nice and very fun and they naked due everyone was taken care of and happy the whole time. Pickup and drop off in Positano were very easy. They stopped twice for swimming in coves which was perfect. Highly recommended!

Valerio and Vincenzo were amazing! This was a perfect boat tour of Capri. The line for the blue grotto was 2 hours long and they still gave us the option if we wanted to wait. We opted for the rest of the boat tour plus and it was exactly what we wanted. We swam, ate, drank, and laughed. They were fun along with our group. Highly recommend!

Antonio and Ory were fantastic captain and crew person! She described so much as we traveled to Capri. Antonio was so smart we we t from Praiano to the Blue Grotto right away. Boats filled with so many people were all coming too but since we were early we waited only 10 mins. Others have said it was a 2 hour wait. It is a must see experience. Truly a highlight of our trip. Antonio was a great driver and we experienced a truly beautiful day out. Highly recommend this boat tour

Great day trip, beautiful views, excellent swimming! The stop for lunch can be confusing. Lunch is not included in the price so you should know that you are free to eat anywhere or not eat at all and swim instead.

Staff was great and excellent communication. However, the boat is small and we had 7-8 couples on the boat. One of the couples spilled wine in my hair and didn’t acknowledge fault and we’re not nice about it. We stopped at the blue grotto and got was a cash grab and not worth it. Swimming in the Mediterranean was priceless. We had an amazing time and it was perfect weather and water temp. We were offered noodles if patrons wanted them. The green and white grottos were forgettable. The boat ride was good overall and the staff was great. Would have got a 5 if we spent more time swimming and not jamming in every tiny tourist spot. pro tip make sure you have your swimsuit on PRIOR to getting on the boat. It’s extremely hard and rocky once you are on. Also make sure you take motion sickness pills prior. If you do want to go into the blue grotto we waited an 1 hour and it’s 12 euros per person. Trip was on 9.7.25

We thought we were getting off in Capri and we didn’t, we were on the boat the whole time. Three of the four of us got food poisoning later that evening from the small sandwich snacks. Not much information about the sites was provided. It was nice boating around the island, however the boat was very small for the number of adults (10 guests and 2 crew). Not enough seats for everyone and somewhat uncomfortable.

The tour you booked is clearly described as a “boat tour around the island with no disembarkation.” There is no mention anywhere of a stop in Capri, nor is there any suggestion that guests will go ashore. We always take great care to describe exactly what is included, precisely to avoid any misunderstandings — and in this case, you received exactly what was advertised. The title of your review “Not as expected" is, in fact, quite telling: it highlights an expectation that was never promised or stated in the tour description. As for the food: we're sorry to hear you felt unwell. That said, it's difficult to pinpoint the cause of any discomfort hours later, especially when only three out of four people were affected, and when hundreds of guests regularly consume the same snacks without issue. Regarding the boat: it is certified for up to 12 people (10 guests and 2 crew), we will tell the manufacturer to revise their way to built boats because you judgement, probably you are the expert and they are first time boat builders. We're glad you still enjoyed the scenery around the island — it’s one of the most beautiful coastlines in the Mediterranean. Should you wish to explore Capri on land in the future, we’d be happy to recommend a tour that includes that option — assuming everything is read thoroughly next time! 😊

With this experience you will see the most beautiful waters, caves and grotto's all around the island of Capri! If you love boating and swimming, this is the way to do it! The boat ride out from Positano is about 35 minutes. Then, the captain and his first mate will take you to all of the best places with regal blue waters! They will serve you beer and Prosecco, and explain many things to you!! Highly recommend it! The boat that we were on was very lovely, we had about 10 people total. I wouldn't take anything with a larger group Just FYI ... we all got to know each other and had a great time!

This was a fantastic trip! The water around Capri is so clear and blue. The guides were very kind, helping me in and out of the boat to and from the blue grotto. It was not bad at all! The boat ride around the island was amazing. The island is beautiful! We got to swim and they provided masks, fins, and floats, for those who wanted to explore. It was stunning under the water! We could see so many fish and coral. The water was an indescribable clear blue. I’m just giddy that my family got to have this experience! Thank you Antonio for the unbelievable experience!

Blue Grotto/Isle of Capri

This was such an awesome trip. We started in Positano and boarded a boat heading for the Isle of Capri. It was a perfect day. The only critique I had was that the boat seemed a little small for the number of people on it. We had 10 people on our tour and it seemed crowded on the small boat and there was NOT enough comfortable seating for everyone on the boat but definitely less crowded than some of the bigger boats we saw. We visited lots of caves where we were able to take many photos. We also visited the Blue Grotto which was super crowded and we had to wait over an hour to enter. You also had to pay extra at the Blue Grotto and the boat driver expected quite a tip. We stopped for swimming and "lunch" which was only chips and appetizer-like sandwiches but the tour guides definitely kept the drinks flowing. It was such a beautiful and unique experience that I still had to give it a 5 star. I would definitely do this trip again and recommend it to others.

The views were stunning and the crew was nice. The issue we had was the package we paid for included lunch but we were dropped off at a recommended restaurant instead. Our lunch cost an additional $140 euro for 2 adults and 1 child. (My husband doesn't drink and I had one cocktail.)

Vincenzo and pasqualle were very nice, courteous, and informative! It was very nice they checked up on us many times before the tour to ensure we had the correct adress for the meeting point. They had very nice drinks and snacks and gave us plenty of time in capri to go to the blue grotto tour our selves. That was the only down fall paying 100 euros in taxis after also paying for this nice boat tour to capri.

We absolutely loved this experience. Our tour boat captain and first mate were amazing! They played music, gave us limoncello, and explained the history of the places we were seeing. The blue grotto guide was very nice as well and started singing once in the grotto. Only negative we had was we were told to pay online to get into the blue grotto to save money so we did. I paid 18 (6 euro per person) and I brought the printout of the tickets to give to them, and they still said we had to pay the fee they were charging so they charged an extra 28 euro. Definitely got scammed but the experience was worth it. Definitely book this if you are in Capri

Unsafe, Misleading, and Should Have Been Canceled

This was easily one of the worst tour experiences we’ve had. While the weather wasn’t ideal, the real issue was the company’s decision to move forward with a malfunctioning boat and pretend everything was fine. The thrust wasn’t working, so what should have been a quick stop at the Blue Grotto turned into a frustrating 2.5+ hour ordeal, while other boats came and went in 20 minutes. From the beginning, it was obvious the boat wasn’t fit for the tour, and they should have canceled or refunded us. It only went downhill from there. As we circled the island, the waters turned dangerously choppy, and multiple people on board looked visibly shaken. We were genuinely afraid someone might fall overboard. Between the mechanical issues and the sea conditions, we missed nearly all the grottos we were promised. There was no proper lunch stop, and the so-called “snacks” were meager and disappointing. You’re stuck on the boat for hours with no breaks, no chance to swim or snorkel — despite it being advertised — because it was “too unsafe,” according to the crew. The captain and stewardess were apologetic, but that doesn’t excuse what felt like a blatant attempt to take our money while knowingly delivering a substandard and unsafe experience. Do not book this tour. If the boat isn’t functioning or the conditions aren’t safe, they should cancel — not drag people through a miserable day just to avoid issuing refunds.

First, let’s address the most dramatic claim: a “malfunctioning” boat. The vessel in question underwent a full pre-departure check, as is standard procedure. No malfunction was reported, and the so called “thrust issue” did not exist. You may have misunderstood how a queue at the Blue Grotto works, every boat waits its turn, and, yes, when there are crowds and limited visibility, that wait can be longer. Most of the delay was due to weather and marine traffic, not our boat. As for the sea conditions: you booked a tour around Capri, in the open sea. The waters were choppy at times, but at no point were they dangerous. If they had been, our experienced captain would have returned to port immediately. Your suggestion that people were in danger of falling overboard is not only inaccurate, it’s borderline theatrical. Interestingly, none of the other guests, including your own wife, shared your concerns. In fact, we received compliments from several passengers for how calmly and competently the crew handled the conditions. Regarding the itinerary: due to weather and safety concerns (which we take seriously), certain stops like swimming and snorkeling were unfortunately not possible. That decision was made in real time to prioritize everyone’s safety, a fact our captain clearly communicated. This is also stated in our terms: some activities are weather dependent. On to the “meager snacks” we serve exactly what is outlined in the tour description. We’ve never advertised a full lunch, and again, no other guest expressed dissatisfaction. In fact, several guests enjoyed a picnic style aperitivo and brunch on board. Finally, we must emphasize: your tour was not canceled because it did not meet the threshold for cancellation. We would never “drag people through” an unsafe experience, but we also won’t cancel lightly at the first sign of wind, disappointing guests who are eager and prepared for an adventure. We had an amazing boat tour around Capri with just six people on board, making it a much more intimate and relaxed experience. The crew were friendly and knowledgeable, sharing great insights as we cruised past stunning cliffs, caves, and made a stop to transfer to a smaller row boat to take us into the famous Blue Grotto (the blue grotto ticket is not included in this tour, but definitely recommend paying the extra money to get in once there!) . We also stopped for a swim in the crystal-clear waters where goggles were provided to see any wildlife around. Drinks and light snacks were also provided, adding to the comfort. A perfect way to experience Capri from the sea!

False Advertising

My friend and I wanted to book a boat tour that wasn’t over 1k so we booked this one for $330 because it included food and drinks…or so we thought. We were only on the boat for a total of 3 hours, at most 4 even though it says a 8 hour tour. We only stopped for 20 min to swim in the water then we stopped in Capri for 3 hours with only little mini sandwiches to eat before. We bought our own lunch on top of what we bought. This is not what we thought it was, it wasn’t what we thought we paid for so book something cheaper because the advertising for this is so wrong and it was extremely disappointing. It wasn’t even 8 hours with travel time, and we didn’t even tour Amalfi or Positano.

Costly, frustrating experience

We did this ride through Viator, with the accompaniment of Crescenzo and Valerio in the boat. The group was 8 people. While much of what was announced was achieved, our expectations were not met and the cost-benefit balance was ultimately unsatisfactory. The meeting details were never accurate. Just, "in the big marina port"... which is a huge, crowded place. Nobody had any idea who was picking us up or where. They wouldn't answer the phone. Finally, almost half an hour after TWO guides from other groups helped us, they shared a location and it was... in the middle of the sea! The boat was NOT ready at the dock to pick us up and there was no clarity on where to go. We left, finally an hour later, waited in a place where no one knew if they'd come for us... lousy boot information. Crecenzo and Valerio were very friendly once we were finally on the boat. Their joy, music, dancing, energy and enthusiasm made the bad start time compensate. - We had snacks and drinks as advertised in the description of the ride, towels and lots of friendliness. Of course, the water permanently entered the boat, so the feet were wet the whole time and the splash left us soaked for the whole day. We couldn't get into the blue grotto, which was one of the great expectations. We were informed that the wind didn't allow it and there was no way in so... "that's it, opposite"... The description of the rest of the visit suggests that something else is actually going to be visited... and not. From the boat, you can see that "there's the XX Grotto"... but nothing is visited. We never got off the boat, nothing. There was some expectation of stops. At some point, in the back of the island, in the middle of the sea... if you want to swim... then jump into the water... it was neither a coast, nor a beach... nobody did... -Finally, we also did not get off on the island in the part of town, we were informed that it would be an additional cost of 200 Euros... for an already very expensive trip. -The return was made early, by common agreement, bordering the coast and with a description of the sites through which we were passing in front. In short, Crescezo and Valerio made the day very friendly, although the balance of the trip was frustrating. It is very expensive for what we get and spend the full day, which are very scarce on these trips.
