The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

This particular agent is a fraud. There was no option to pick up at our hotel and then the night before emailed to say we can pick up at 7 am the next morning at our hotel. Never showed.
