Wheelchair friendly, Amazing and knowledgeable people

Erik, Gabino y Toledo did their ultimate best to help my partner in his wheelchair. Erik carried the wheelchair, Toldedo supported him on ramps and even helped him all the way down to the cenote. Erik cracked jokes with him during the stops and made “pan de elote” a yummy recommendation. They definitely made the experience fun, knowledgeable, a experience I’ll never forget thanks to those 3 individuals. I even recommend to call their personal company “Tour Sauste” and look at the other tours they offer. They were the only company kind enough to help me without asking. I recommend with no hesitation!!!

La actividad como tal fue excepcional, el show y la vibra una maravilla, sin embargo la planificación de la ruta nos hizo la experiencia mucho más cansada de la cuenta. Tuvimos que desviarnos muchísimo para ir a recoger a otros pasajeros. Tardamos 2 horas de más, tanto de ida como de vuelta. Porlo demás, el operador súper cumplido.
