The tour guide (Eloy) did...

Adriana_B, Mar 2024
The tour guide (Eloy) did the best to try and save a poorly organized trip. The Habiku Cenote was wonderful. Many things were a mess and the advertisement and agency were very deceiving about the event.

Response from Host, Mar 2024

It's disappointing to hear that your experience on the tour to Ik Kil & Hubiku Cenotes and Chichen Itza didn't meet your expectations due to poor organization. However, it's commendable that your tour guide, Eloy, made efforts to improve the situation and ensure you had a positive experience. It's understandable that discrepancies between the advertised experience and the actual event can be frustrating. Clear communication and accurate representation of the tour details are essential for a satisfactory experience. Despite the challenges faced, it's good to know that you found the Hubiku Cenote to be wonderful, providing a positive aspect to your day. Your feedback is valuable and helps highlight areas for improvement. Hopefully, future experiences will be better organized and more aligned with expectations. Thank you for sharing your review.
