Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: The pickup time is set according to your location and star at 06:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. The pickups are exclusively in the Cancun area (hotel zone and downtown). If you are in Costa Mujeres or hotels on Federal Avenue, the itinerary will change and you will only go to the Chichikan cenote (instead of two)

The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom
Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic
The tour and the spots to visit can vary according the guide logistic, also in its duration, up to 14 hours or more according to the transfers from one place to another, and this is according to the traffic, keep in mind that you will be traveling all day

Note: Life jackets and lockers are not included in the tour price. Both are optional and can be rented directly at the park for an additional $5 USD each. Lockers are recommended if you bring personal items you wish to store securely. Life jackets are mandatory even if you don't swim and only go down to take pictures in the cenote.
