    Expected much but did not meet expectations.

    It took an hour for everyone to board. They could have checked everyone in when we were waiting. Snorkel was cancelled due to wind.didn't mention that at all until we were basically boarded. Drinks were pretty bad, basically watered down alcohol. Purchased golf cart tour but due to limited time (from having wasted so much time). Vehicles were so old that our first car broke down before even starting the tour. We hurried through 2 sites and came back after. We were promised several spots but only went to 2, then we came back to the boat to leave for Cancun. The workers were great but this deal was disappointing because I was expecting an amazing time based on the itinerary but it wasn't. Also this was supposed to be an adult catamaran but there were kids!! Felt like I got bait and switched, especially since they charged more for it.
