Absolutely not fit for purpose. Avoid. We booked and paid a premium price for an airport transfer, expecting a reliable service after landing. Instead, due to immigration delays (completely outside our control), we kept the company fully informed throughout — only for them to leave and refuse to complete the transfer unless we paid extra. This completely defeats the purpose of booking a private transfer. Airports are unpredictable — delays at immigration, baggage, etc. are normal, and any professional transfer company should account for that. Walking away and abandoning customers is unacceptable. In the end, we were left stranded and had to make alternative arrangements anyway. Honestly, you’re far better off just booking an Uber or taxi for a fraction of the price. At least you’re not paying a huge premium for a service that won’t even wait for you. Very poor experience and would not recommend.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We completely understand that airport processes such as immigration and baggage claim can be unpredictable. For that reason, we include a complimentary waiting time of up to 90 minutes after landing, which is clearly communicated at the time of booking. However, a private transfer does not include unlimited waiting time. We operate with a limited number of vehicles and must adhere to a schedule to ensure all clients receive their service on time. After the 90-minute waiting period has passed, additional wait time requires prior coordination and may incur an extra charge. We remained available within the agreed timeframe, but unfortunately, once that window had passed, we were unable to continue waiting without affecting other scheduled services. We regret that this caused inconvenience, but we must apply these policies consistently to all clients in order to maintain reliable operations.
