Leo and his crew were very attentive and amazing hosts. They kept the drinks flowing and gave great recommendations. The snorkeling was amazing and the catamaran private and wonderful.

We had such a great time on this excursion. The captain and his crew were lovely and very attentive, even offered to show us around town, including some of the more off-the-beaten-path areas which I prefer. It was too windy/choppy for snorkeling but they still allowed us to jump off the boat and swim in the turquoise waters, which my kid loved and was a great experience. Overall I highlight recommend. Only thing is I wish we had a bit more time on the island. Maybe if they added one extra hour to the trip that would’ve been better.

Thank Cayley for your comments, we spend 2.10 hours in the Island, so our guests get to know old down town, rent a golf cart or spend time at north beach even do some shopping! Over all the concept of a Lite Tour (half day) is a short and still being able to enjoy your resort before and after our service.

This is an AMAZING crew and tour. Our captain Filipe not only ensured we had fun on the boat, scuba diving, and had plenty of photos but went even further and walked us around Isla Mujeres. He shared the history and even got us set up at a restaurant! We loved every minute of our tour and highly recommend this over other crowded tours. The smaller boat really makes this more personal and worth the time / money while on vacation!

The crystal clear blue waters were stunning! The crew was amazing and fun - certainly a highlight of the trip. Spending 2 hours on Isla Mujeres was very enjoyable. The only issue that the four of us had was that if you are 60+ years old, then you are not allowed to go snorkeling. This was disappointing as two younger people who didn't know how to swim were allowed in the water, but 4 very active 60+ adults were not allowed in the water. One of us even had their own snorkeling gear. I searched the website, and this was not mentioned anywhere! Transparency would have been nice. But, we are all very glad we went.

Thank you for your comments Robert and very sorry, ruling on the reef is very tight, we are proposing 65 as the limited age required for snorkeling in a guided service, meanwhile we’ll make sure to state it clear in all our platforms.

Ugh! Such a struggle to upload photos here. I couldnt upload the really good ones! But anyway, this tour was the highlight of our trip to Cancun. Me and my brother were a bit skeptical at first since the ferry terminal was a little bit far from the tourist zone and when we arrived, they told us that there were only gonna be us in the boat with the crew since the other 4 people cancelled. Guess what?! It became the best tour of our Cancun holiday, it felt like a private tour for us since we got the boat all to ourselves! Other boats were crowded while here we are, cruising like royalty! Jorge and the crew made us feel safe. The music, the nachos and the endless drinks were spectacular! The snorkeling and the boat jump was a really great experience too! This team is highly recommended. We enjoyed every second of it! Go book it and you'll see what I mean.

We had an amazing time on the tour. It was perfect for a family because it is a smaller boat and not crowded. The staff really makes sure that you are happy. They took us snorkeling and the kids were so happy to see beautiful fish. They did not have fins small enough for my daughter so the guide towed her in the life saver. We then went to isla mujeres and he gave us all the options of stuff to do. He showed us the best ice cream and the best beach, but if you wanted to eat or do something else he had other recommendations. Then on the way back they offer us to stop and swim, but we were too tired. They also played Taylor swift for my daughter and she was really happy. She said it was her favorite part of the week.

This was a great short excursion, and the crew was very friendly and helpful. The area is absolutely beautiful, and the water is so blue. Alvin and his crew took great care of us. While we were snorkeling, our 6 year old just had to hang on to a life ring and one of the crew members towed her around while she snorkeled, which made it very easy on Mom and Dad. They also took lots of great photos with their GoPro while we were snorkeling (able to purchase for a fee). We didn't have a lot of time on Isla Mujeres, but we were able to grab lunch and do a little shopping. We didn't go to Playa Norte, as implied by the ad, but that was fine. A little snorkeling, a nice boat ride, and a little food and shopping on Isla Mujeres. Viator also arranged our round-trip transfer from the resort to Punta Sam Ferry Terminal. Would highly recommend.

This was a perfect length trip for us. The snorkeling was awesome despite the waves- our guide kept us going in the right direction. The guacamole and poco de gallo that was hand made on the boat was out of this world. The trip to and from the island was perfect. Overall an amazing day. Wonderful crew, beautiful sights

The captain and crew were top knotch. The group was 10 people on a nice size catamaran. Had a nice snorkel and some additional perks such as a tequila tasting and 20% off at the suvienier store and 50% off at the diamond store. The photographer was amazing and I highly recommend you let him take a ton of photos of you. Buy the package. It's worth it!

Such a great time! It didn’t seem short at all- I went with one friend, and we were exhausted when we came back! The snorkeling was good, but make sure you’re a generally strong swimmer. If not, you have the option to stay on the boat! The guide, Gallo, did well at keeping track of all of us while we were in the water, and making sure we saw everything cool before we got back on the boat. Speaking of the boat, the whole time we were on it, the drinks kept coming, which was perfect! The group was small (10 people), which worked well. Transport was nice, and if you’re not in their regular area, it’s just a small fee. You can pay that and the docking fee in cash before the tour. Bring extra money for lunch and shopping on Isla Mujeres.
