Due to operational and safety policies, snorkel locations may be modified on the day of the tour depending on weather or current conditions. In such cases, Ixlaché may be substituted with El Meco or the Contoy inlet, while still providing the included snorkeling experience. Please note that no refund or partial refund applies, as the snorkeling portion represents less than the total value of the tour and the activity is still provided at an alternate location of equal quality and safety. Date Change, and No-Show Policy Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour, including last-minute requests made one hour or shortly before pick-up, cannot be accepted. Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show. In the event of a No Show, the reservation will be charged at 100% of the total tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, being available at the confirmed pick-up location, and arriving on time to avoid missing the tour.
