Not all all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) are created equal. On this tour, feel the adrenaline to the max courtesy of powerful, robust Honda 250 and Yamaha 350 ATVs as you roar through the heart of the Mayan jungle. Also enjoy a zipline circuit, horseback riding, two separate cenotes and a delicious local lunch, with four options to choose from. Transfers mean there's no need to worry about self-driving.

First I'd like to thank our driver. He made us very comfortable and treated us all so very kind. The ATV trip, zip line and Cenote swim was all AMAZING!!! Our guides were so much fun and energetic. We purchased our atv, cenotes and zip line adventure and we’re very disappointed when we called them the morning of the tour and we’re told that they did not have room for us in spite of us having paid and had our tickets purchased. They, said that it is required to confirm with them 24 hours ahead. This had not been communicated to us at all in our booking. I would like a refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR GET SCAMMED

We had booked two separate groups for the same time my group of 5 and another group of 2. The organizers then told us the group of 2 had to change their time. We said we only wanted to do it if we could all go together but they ignored and sent a car in the morning anyways. We ended up not going and only got a 50% refund. Would advise strongly against this trip.

Awesome Cenotes and friendly staff. The Atvs and zip line (only 2 very small lines) were underwhelming but... the Cenote made our day. You can jump into the cenote from up to 40ft high and different height levels below, you can zip line into it as well, you can Dove/jump in from various locations around the cenote. Only recommendation is know your limits haha. The guides will not stop you from doing almost anything you want, with very little instruction, so be confident in your abilities or possible injuries may ensue. Take cash for tips, these guides said they work for tips only.

Beautiful nature but you spend 3hours just in transportation to the site (not mentioned anywhere!) What we did doesn’t match the description Very transactional and mass tourism mindset Very little regards to Covid (some of the staff without masks, very tight transportation) I would recommend to go with a different agency

The entire experience was a scam. We started off the day getting picked up at our hotel at 10:40. The excursion was supposed to start at 11:30 but we were in the car for over two hours. Our driver came early and did not even call us. He left and we had to call him back to come pick us. We ended up picking up seven other people on the way and the air conditioning was broken. Once we arrived we were handed off to our tour guide who was rushing us the entire time. We ended up going to two cenotes and on the ATVs. They scared us into buying a TV insurance even though we were only on the ATVs for maybe an hour. The entire time we were rushed through the excursions and only got to spend about 10 minutes at each location. We were dropped off after the activities to eat lunch and sat around waiting for a driver to come for almost 2 hours. We never got to go zip lining and at the end they lied to us and told us it was broken even though other groups had gone. They falsely advertised all of the activities. The ad said that everyone would be wearing masks and high touch areas would be sanitized along with social distancing. This was a lie. No one was wearing masks and nothing was sanitized. They made us wear the same helmets and lifejackets that everyone else before us wore and nothing was cleaned or sanitized. The entire time they were trying to make money off of us and even came around with a little box at lunch to tip them. The tour guide told us that he only makes money on tips and that we had to tip him even though he rushed us through the activities all day. I will never come back to this activity again and will let my friends and hotel know that we had so many issues.
