    Pick-ups are only available at hotels located in the Hotel Zone and Downtown area of the city. The meeting point will be outside the hotel. Our driver will only call out your name upon arrival. Unfortunately, we are not able to enter the hotel or get out of the vehicle, as many hotels do not allow transportation staff to access their premises. Please be outside and attentive to the call of your name to avoid any inconvenience.
