Because of the weather the dive was about to get canceled. They had contacted me upfront to advance the dive by one day so that I could go 🙏. Very nice dive masters, everything was organized very well and the equipment was good. Everything was great😃.

Diving in MUSA and reefs

Our guide was very kind and excited to show us the reefs. He pointed out all the fish and the good picture taking sports. He also made us feel safe and confident in having a fun dive before we got in the water.

The guide was wonderful! Very patient, as this was still only my third dive. They gave us snacks and water before we left on a 40 minute boat ride, which was so much fun. Once we got to the museum, we had rough winds, so I started getting a little shaky, but once I got into the water and dove down, it was breath taking! Our guide kept us (only 4 people) together as a group and we toured the museum, which was cool! Then we had to go back up to make our way to the reef. Let's just say that when I arrived at the top, I couldn't get my bearings once I was on the boat and got seasick. Obviously not their fault. They asking if I wanted to do the second dive, and I sadly couldn't. My husband did though with the others and said it was amazing! Everyone was super friendly and we will definately use them again!!!

What a unbelievable experience! Highly recommended this trip for all diver lovers. Met lovely people on the way out and the instructor showed us some cool stuff underwater. Make sure to pack you go pro if not they will take photo of you so that the memory can last forever.

Great dive master, but not what we booked

The dive themselves were good, and our dive master was excellent. I do however have 2 problems, the first because we booked two 60 ft reef dives and got 2 30 ft reef dives. Second is we shared a boat with a dive class, which takes much longer than certified dives. The end result is we were almost an hour late back to the dock and missed our transportation back to our hotel. Our first dive with this company was great, so this one was a bit of a disappointment.

Our master diver was Clemente and he was awesome! We are certified, but haven’t dived in quite some time. He gave us a quick refresher, and we were off to the dive. We saw the ‘Museum’ and reef dives. We also got the picture package and Clemente was able to have us pose, and we got some great photos to remember our trip. The tour operation was great. The transport was a bit bit tricky as we were coming from the Moon palace resort. They referred us to an airport transfer service that had an option for hotel to hotel transport which worked great. The only hang up we had was that the total time on dives was not as long as we thought it would be. We started at noon and we’re back to the dock by 4:15pm. That did make it so we had to update our transport, but it all worked out.

5/5 a wonderful experience. Our dive guide Clemente was amazing and made sure we saw all the best views under water and were safe. Even met us the next day at our condo so we could purchase shirts! Make sure to take motion sickness meds if sensitive.

Our instructors, Laraina & Clemente were great. My husband and I are certified, but we wanted to take our 3 adult children and they gave them great instruction. They were very patient with my oldest, who has high functioning autism. They loved it 👏

Wunderbar organisierter Tauchtrip. Vielen Dank an unseren sehr erfahrenen Guide Clemente, der auch spontan auf individuelle Wünsche eingeht. Die Ausrüstung ist einwandfrei und das ganze Team ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zusätzlich gab es noch einige Empfehlungen für den weiteren Aufenthalt in Cancun :). Rundum ein gelungener Tag!
