Amazing Experience in the practice pool & water

Everything was sooooooo amazing! The check in was smooth. The required information session was nice small and intimate so you get to know your team and support each other on the dives. Marin was EPIC showing all the shark, lobster, sea turtle, whale and lion fish spots. I would note there are a few extra fees not outlined on the site, like for the wet suit, extra environmental fees. It’s recommended to bring extra cash.

Just to clarify on the fees: we don't charge any environmental or conservation fees at check-in — those are always included in the tour price, with no surprises on arrival. We're not sure where that may have come from, but we always want to be fully transparent with our guests, so if anything felt unclear during booking or check-in, please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can look into it. You are totally right about the wetsuit; we add this to the tour description to make it clear for everyone, how ever is not mandatory. We had the best experience ever. This was truly one of the best things we could’ve ever done in Cancun. I would like to think our amazing guide. Xavier was so amazing he made us feel so comfortable and gave great instructions.
