Comfortable bus with water and beer included and engaging tour guide Pablo. Pink waters at salt flats were beautiful. River boat ride was relaxing in the breeze and sun...even after a little hitch up on the sand bar viewing the flamingos. Beach stop was quick but refreshing. Lunch restaurant had showers and lively music with delicious fresh seafood. Last stop of crocodile farm was interactive and the staff were very helpful to get us some wonderful photo memories. Long day from pick up at 6:30 am and drop off at 9:45 pm but so worth it!

Very unprofessional.. hour late picking us up , we were the 2nd stop to get picked up and the last to get dropped off @9:30pm. The driver didn’t know where he picked us up from or where to go . & the host was very rude, he was all about money. Don’t recommend sorry

On the boat ride the crocodile came close to the boat to get some fish from the captain. The pink lake the flamingo it was a true experience . Oh the lunch was delicious. The tour guides were knowledgeable I learned a lot. And my family had a great time

Arturo aka Brad Pitt is the best!
He speaks 5 languages. I didn't expect to get the information in French but he was always ready to tell us everything in French.
He was answering every question. He took care of all of us.
He made sure it was the best experience by bringing the birds to us. He made sure we knew what was coming up and that we all understood.
I highly recommend this tour!

Overall, the locations on the tour were fantastic. The pink salt lakes at Las Coloradas and the nature at Rio Lagartos were beautiful. I highly recommend visiting both of these places.
However, I don’t necessarily recommend this specific tour. We were picked up on the bus at 5:55 am from a hotel in the hotel zone in Cancun. We then sat on the bus for the next two hours as people from both Cancun and Playa del Carmen were picked up. People were then transferred from our bus to another in Playa del Carmen to go to Chitchen Itza. Only then did we start the 3 hour drive to Las Coloradas.
Because of the absurdly long bus ride (~5 hours), the rest of the tour felt very rushed. We only had about an hour at Las Coloradas, which was enough time to change into bathing suits to prep for Rio Lagartos and do the 45 minute walking tour with the guide (who was great!). There was barely enough time to put on sunscreen as we began the walking tour in the sun. We were then rushed back onto the bus to move onto the next location without a chance to look around ourselves or visit the gift shop.
I very much enjoyed Rio Lagartos. I loved that the guides had the wildlife “trained” so we were able to get up close to them. However, I do wish there was more commentary. Once on the speedboats, I was expecting to be told what some of the flora and fauna we were seeing were, but no one told us anything. We saw many animals (especially birds), but I don’t know what a lot of them were.
The food. We were given a brown paper bag lunch as advertised on the website: sandwich, a very small apple, juice box and granola bar. This was given to us around 9am. Since we had been up since 5 and didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast because it was too early for the breakfast at our hotel to be open, we immediately ate it. We weren’t given food again until ~3pm Yucatán time (which is 4pm in the same time zone as “breakfast”). We were also only provided one water bottle, which was not enough considering how long we were on the tour and the fact that it was hot out. We also brought water with us but drank all of that too. We were hoping to be able to grab a snack or a drink during the duration of the tour, however, there were no opportunities to buy food or drink because of the rushed nature of the tour. As for the lunch we were provided, it was delicious, but the portions left much to be desired. If you order the chicken, it may be enough food for some people. The fish options were not very filling. And, again, this was the second and final meal provided for the day. After a long day out in the hot sun on a tour, sustenance is needed…and this was not it.
The crocodile farm was cool and fun, but felt like it was slapped onto the end, and again, felt rushed. I did enjoy seeing, holding and feeding the crocs though.
We didn’t get back to our hotel until 8:30pm. We drove from the crocs to Playa del Carmen, people transferred to another bus, and then we began to head back to Cancun. The 3.5ish hours on the way home felt like a breeze compared to the 5 hours it took us to get there. However, we had only had two small meals, some cereal we had brought with us for breakfast and not enough water…so we were overjoyed to be back at the hotel to eat and drink some water.
Overall, the content of the tour was wonderful and I would do that again. But I would not do it with this tour company/this specific tour. Maybe the people picked up in Playa del Carmen would have a better review of this tour. But if you are coming from Cancun, consider a different tour. And bring lots of food and water, because there’s not enough to go around!!!

We waited a while for our transportation to the tour to pick us up. Then once it arrived, the van that we traveled in was very crammed for the number of people that attended and it was very uncomfortable to be in for the many hrs we were in it, that’s why i took a point off but overall the tour itself was great. I enjoyed the sites that we visited. And our guide Jose was great.

The tour was nice experience overall, but there were many problems. First, my pickup time was assigned at 5:25am. Me and my brother were waiting in our hotel lobby at that time. After 10 minutes of no one picking us up, I messaged the company on Viator, messaged and called every Whatsapp number they gave me and got NO RESPONSE! Terrible customer service and terrible to make people wake up so early for no reason. We thought we were being scammed. Finally around 6am, a van finally came. The driver didn’t even say anything when opening the door for us, was just texting on his phone. I said what happened to the pickup time? He said there was traffic (there wasn’t). After the late pickup, we picked up more people who were annoyed at the lateness and then we all got dropped off on front of a random bank! THEN a bigger bus picked us up for our tour. Horrible communication, they never mentioned this plan- so me and my brother were just so confused all day. The salt mines were pink which was cool, but we barely got any time to hangout there. It was a very rushed experience. Then we went to the boat ride which was nice , but don’t expect to see flamingos up close. The restaurant was okay for lunch. Then the crocodile farm seemed to be really unethical. All the crocodiles were trapped in small spaces or cages which made everyone sad. They also tape their mouths shut for pictures. The staff on this tour was nice-but they sent me and my brother in a cab ALONE home from the bank we got picked up at! Very confusing itinerary with zero communications. Overall it was a nice experience but i would NOT do it again. It also says the day is 11-14 hours long. It was actually about 17 hours so if you book this tour make sure you get a lot of sleep. Very strange to mislead people with an inaccurate itinerary. Do this tour if you want to see Las Coloradas but be prepared for a long, confusing day. Hope this helps.

Superb diversified outing on salt making in a splendid rose. Followed by a boat trip to meet the very diverse flora and fauna. The walk in the crocodile farm 🐊 is exceptional. You can carry baby crocodiles from 3 to 4 years and feed adults accompanied by staff all in the price. The only downside is the length of the journey from Cancun with traffic jams approaching the major cities that we pass through. To do absolutely!

Hermosa experiencia, superó mis expectativas. Nuestro guía fue Genner y el chofer Santos, súper amables y atentos, explican pero también dan tiempo de descansar en el bus sin atomizar...muy recomendable!!! Die Tour an sich ist aufgrund der fantastischen Orte wirklich empfehlenswert! Wir hatten unglaublich tolle Erlebnisse. Der Pink Lake, die Mangrovenfahrt mit einem kleinen Waschbären, Flamingos, vielen Vögeln, einem kleinen Krokodil und die Krokodilfarm waren am Ende die Strapazen von der Anfahrt wert.
Allerdings würden wir die Tour mit einem anderen Anbieter dringend empfehlen!
Die Tour hin hat statt der angegebenen 3-4 Stunden anstrengende 6 Stunden gedauert. Die Rückfahrt hat dann 5 Stunden gedauert.
Keine, bzw nur spärliche Kommunikation vom Reiseleiter. Außerdem haben wir eine englische Tour gebucht, allerdings wurde fast nur spanisch gesprochen - wir fühlten uns ausgegrenzt.

Afrader, puur door het bezoek aan de krokodillenboerderij. Want het is echt een boerderij en geen sanctuary.
Dieren worden slecht behandeld. Kleintjes worden constant op hun bek getikt om te ‘lachen’, iets minder kleintjes krijgen de bek dicht getaped zodat mensen op de foto kunnen. Geen hygiëne, handen worden niet gewassen na het aanraken van de krokodillen.
Veel krokodillen op een klein stuk samen in een soort ‘kooi’. Daarnaast worden ze met stokken geprikt om te eten, ook als ze dat niet willen, of als ze de stok niet los willen laten waar eten op zat geprikt.
Daarnaast zijn het nachtdieren en worden ze hier gedwongen om overdag wakker te zijn.
Apart gaan staan om naar vogels te kijken. Die waren wel mooi.

O passeio foi muito bom, tanto às águas rosas quanto ao rio. A única coisa ruim é que é bem distante. Fiquei na zona hoteleira e demorou 4 horas para chegar até lá.

Le guide est drôle en plus de parler 5 langues différentes. Un peu difficile à suivre quand on est pas parfaitement bilingue car il mixte l'anglais en même temps ;-)
Très belle organisation autant dans le transport que dans le support. Les guides nous aident , nous supportent et répondent à nos questions. Beaucoup de belles surprises inattendues dans cette excursion. En premier il y a la visite de los colorados, l'endroit est magnifique sous le soleil l'eau paraît rose du à la présence de sel dans la mer. C'est un endroit protégé et une usine d'exploitation du sel est tout près. Très venteux lorsque nous sommes allées.
La deuxième partie était une balade en bateau (Je dirais plus une grosse chaloupe) où l'on visite la réserve naturelle où on peut y observer des oiseaux et des crocrodiles dans leur habitat naturel. Prenez note que si vous avez peur des oiseaux ils passent très près, même que nous pouvons leur toucher parfois ainsi que les nourrir.) Ensuite il y a un petit arrêt dans un espace maya avec de l'argile où il est possible et facultatif de l'appliquer sur notre peau pour exfoliation.
Puis il y un repas (compris dans le prix) dans un petit village de pêcheur, donc principalement du poisson au menu.
Puis pour finir une visite dans un petit centre de reproduction de crocodiles. Plein de surprises nous sont réservées à cet endroit. Très surprenant et intéressant.
Journée très bien remplie. Seul bémol , prévoyez vous apporter de l'eau car la bouteille qui est incluse est très petite et c'est tout ce qu'ils nous donnent pour une excursion aussi longue.
