The bus was Not good it was too tight inside hard to sit for hours. And dropped us off on the side of the street on the way back to hotel.

This is a long transfer and your comfort is essential, so I understand how frustrating that must have been. I also sincerely apologize for the drop-off experience on your return. It was caused for the ongoing repairs on the Kukulcán Boulevard and it made impossible to drop you at the hotel.. I will be sharing your comments directly with our transportation team to review both the vehicle assignment and the drop-off procedure. We appreciate you traveling with us and hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Holbox and Punta Mosquito despite these issues.

Except for the weather, which was bad, the guide and his team were very kind to us! I loved discovering a place while having free time on the beach. The bus ride is long, but you can sleep while waiting. The visit to Yalahau was beautiful as well, and we could swim there.
