Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Smart Cancún by Oasis in Tulum Avenue The pick-up time is set according to your location, pick up start at 7:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

The communication with the company was fantastic right up until 8:50am when our ride was supposed to pick us up. After a few minutes of waiting, I decided to reach out to make sure we were following directions properly only to be informed that THE TRIP WAS CANCELED. Certainly I understand if weather wasn't permitting the boat to go out. It was a windy day. But the lack of communication about the cancellation was unforgivable. I got no apology. Nothing. In fact the guy was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was even bothering him. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY unless you're comfortable being canceled on with zero notice.

We had a great time! The tour guides were great and it was so beautiful. I am sad we didn’t get to snorkel but it has been windy so that was out of our control. The time at Isla Mujeres felt a little rushed and the breakfast was pretty nonexistent. The guys on the boat were fabulous and fun!

Worth the money!

I’ve done tours all over North America & Europe including 2 this summer to Cozumel. This is one of the best tours Ive done regarding amenities, safety, & customer service. Transportation to the marina was in a well cared for, air conditioned van. Isla Mujeres was about 1 hr of free guided tour or free time. Water was choppy on day of our tour. I’m not a strong swimmer so I stayed on the boat during snorkeling. I noticed staff were helpful & very safety aware. My teen went alone with group & enjoyed it! We had a big group but for snorkeling they divided it up groups. I noticed we were the onmy boat out there until we were leaving another small boat got to there. They had a guide for each language of groups on board (eng, span, ital, french). They had a pretty big team of about 6-8 staff. Guides tried to make guests feel comfortable & made an effort to get to know all of us (even the quiet ones)! Lunch was good at Isla Contoy. There was only one other tour boat on Isla Contoy! They offered a guided hike through the island or free time to swim. Take bug repellent for the hike. On the way back guides were fun & entertaining with music & dancing. Open bar was a typical open bar. However, not once did i have to get my own drink. Staff did a good job of going around offering drinks. Ive never had a whole team be so customer service orientated & entertaining. They really work hard & deserve to be tipped well.
