Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby from Smart Cancún by Oasis in Tulum Avenue The pick-up time is set according to your location, pick up start at 7:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

Do not go on this trip if you have kids under 12 years old. My 9 year old (who is a strong swimmer and snorkeled in open water just the day before) was heartbroken when we got to the snorkeling stop and they said she couldn't go because the minimum is 12 for "insurance reasons." Seeing her cry and be upset is not my idea of a good time on vacation. THIS AGE MINIMUM WAS NOT COMMUNICATED ON THE TOUR DESCRIPTION, IN ANY OF THE EMAILS, OR ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE. There were a few nice aspects of the trip, the water is beautiful and so is Isla Contoy. The stop at Isla Mujeres was ok, but kind of a waste at only one hour. AND it was kind of shady how the "meetup" spot on the island happened to be some guy's diamond shop. Convenient! LOL. Also, a minor point but the boat in the picture for this trip is not the one you take - it's much bigger and there are a TON of people along. Sailing home from the island was extremely slow - 2 hours. We didn't pull into the dock until 6:20 pm. Bottom line, would I go back to Isla Contoy? Yes but NOT on this tour.

Hello Miss Amy, We regret that it was not what you would have wanted, due to security policies, depending on how the sea is, they may or may not allow children under 12 years of age to snorkel, since the group goes at different rhythm. In your tour that you do with us we will offer you the next discount

Not a good experience overall

Despite having assurance that children 6 years old and up could snorkel, they would not allow my 8 year old or 11 year old snorkel. Further, they ran out of masks and many of the fins were broken. Isla Contoy was beautiful.

Hola Sr. Isauro, Reservo un día antes de la actividad por eso la plataforma le cobra, nosotros no recibimos el dinero (somos el tour operador). Se inicio el reembolso el día del tour, ya el regreso de su dinero a su cuenta depende de su banco y es de 5 a 7 días hábiles. Esperamos que la próxima vez pueda hacer una actividad con nosotros, como recomendación reserve con 2 o 3 días de anticipación para asegurar los espacios (esto aplica para tours de alta demanda).

El viaje estuvo muy bien y ameno. Los tripulantes eran muy majos y atentos. Hay barra libre durante el trayecto. La comida fue abundante (buffet) y rica, aunque un poco tarde (a las 3). El snorkel podria haber sido más tiempo, ya que sólo estuvimos 20min y no pudimos ver mucho. Por lo demás todo genial.
