The experience was good but out of sequence. We did the Cenote 1st, Mayan Village, tequila tasting, food, shopping , then Chichen Itza. They have to remember most people don’t get to eat breakfast because it so early. It could have went Cenote, food, Mayan Village, tequila tasting, shopping, then Chichen Itza. Very long day. Needed to eat. Maybe purchase water or food on trip.

People - screen shot this conversation - helped with VIISA-this particular tour was rescheduled for the following day and did not bother to show up. Such a disappoimtment.

We were unable to go on the tour as our guides never showed up at the meeting point even after we waited an hour around the arranged meeting time. They did at least grant us a refund.

This tour isn’t bad but there’s a lot of people at the cenote. It’s really hard to even get one moment alone in your pictures.
The tour also says all inclusive for food but when we got to the restaurant they charged us for drinks. So they gave us food and said drinks were not included.
I think I missed it in the description but it’s not just Chichén Itza and a cenote. It also includes this little tour in the beginning of a Mayan city which I honestly didn’t really want to do cause I was tired.
This is a very family friendly tour so there was a lot of kids which got annoying when they were crying on the bus.
Tour guides we’re friends and informative though.

Johnathan, the tour guide at Chi Chen Itza was amazing. I am motivated to learn more about the Mayan civilization.
All the tour guides were nice and courteous. The bus was nice and comfortable.
The cnote swim was the highlight of the trip. Would have preferred more time there.

The van transportation for this tour was AWFUL. Very uncomfortable seats, very narrow space with VERY LITTLE LEG ROOM, not to mention that the backs were high so you could see nothing except the seat back in front of you for the entire 3 hour drive in both directions. This type of VAN should not be used for such long drives!
The tour itself was ok, though it is not pleasant to be nickeled and dimed during the long full day tour. Viator should not allow this while a tour is en route!

I would not recommend it, the tour I was offered was not the one descriped. We have spend the most of the time in "maya" village for souvenir , "until " the food to be ready , at 1130 in the morning as first avtivity of the day. We get to the archaelogical site at 2 o clock and spend only 2 hours

We did the Chichen Itza and Cenote Mayan Experience Tour on October 13th and it was wonderful experience! Going back in time, especially the tour guides Garza Javir knowledge on the Mayan Civilization AND comparing with the civilization of the rest of the world. We also enjoyed his involvement with local Mayan people and programs and were given chance to show gratitude. We also visited Church Of San Servacio as a bonus.

Very good trip. It is always good to see history before your eyes. Trip was long, but worth it!

The authentic Mayan lunch was really tasty. The only complaints are that it is such a long tour with stops that were not expected. The cenote you visit is not Cenote Ik Kil but you do visit another cenote called Hubiku, I believe. We ended up getting back to our hotel at 9PM which was just a long day that we wish we could have spent doing other things

The tour was lead by a Mayan tour guide that provided a rich cultural perspective at all the sites. We started at the Cenote which was great because we missed the noon sun at the ruins. We also ate at a Mayan village, saw a traditional dance, visited small town. Drinks and tips were not included.

Too much time on the bus, little time for the visits, everything always run! Stop for lunch very long when the goal was to visit the monuments!!
