Enjoy all the thrills and spills of Xplor Park with included hotel pickup for ease. Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Hotel Aloft Tulum The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Minimum age: 5 years old
Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price
For the Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 47 in (120 cm) and 25 in (65 cm) for the legs. In the case of children, the harness must fit properly and have a minimum height of 3.6 ft (1.10 m). If it doesn't, for their own safety, they won't be able to perform the activity.
Activities have special requirements of height and weight. For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 3.6 ft (1.10 m); for Rafts and Stalactite River Swimming is 3.3 ft (1 m) tall and 300 lbs (136 kg) of weight.
A photo of the ID from the lead traveler will be required before the tour date (drivers license or passport)
Pregnant travelers can't participate
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers

We booked the excursion at the last minute because another company screwed up our reservation the day before. Pickup in air conditioned bus was great and the park was amazing. The company was very responsive to my questions etc .. greatly recommend !

Ziplining and swimming through the cenotes was fantastic. Word to the women who sit in the back of the ATV's....hold on to your boobies, cuz it's a wild ride! :)

Zip lining was a ton of...

Zip lining was a ton of fun. Finishing into water was a unique experience. The buffet was good and unlimited access was a nice bonus for a long day. They do push the photos pretty hard which is somewhat annoying even though we did buy them so we didn't have to worry about taking them. Overall the X group in the area was the most professional company we booked an adventure with.

We had an absolute blast!!!! If you want to do everything they offer, then get there right when it's open! So many fun things to do! The buffet is also amazing and I recommend the photo package. Well worth it!!!
