Overview

Spend half a day cruising and snorkeling with this catamaran tour along the Riviera Maya. You'll board the boat in Puerto Aventuras, where the crew will welcome you onboard with a free cocktail. You'll then head out to a coral reef for some fishing and snorkeling, followed by an on-board barbecue lunch.

Bad experience. Poor communication

They didn't pick me up on my originally booked date. They apparently got the hotels mixed up. But the driver never called me. I had been in communication with someone else else from the company in the days prior and sent the address but somehow that got dropped. Asked to reschedule for another day, re-confirmed the address. And again no pick up. Now thay aren't answering my requests for a refund. Steer clear of this company.

I booked this cruise because we wanted to snorkel and they did not take us snorkeling. They said the conditions were not right. It was a beautiful, sunny day so I'm not sure what conditions they were talking about. The staff was very friendly and alcohol was flowing the entire cruise. If you are looking for a party cruise this is a great excursion. If you want to snorkel I suggest looking for a different cruise.
