We were cancelled and never informed. We called to confirm the day before and were told they had cancelled us. After being on the phone with Viator and the vendor we informed nothing could be done. So we had to find different transportation the last minute. We will really think about using this service again.

Between the company and the driver outstanding communications were had. The driver showed up early, notified us on what'sapp and got us to the correct terminal ahead of schedule with plenty of time to get checked in, to our gate and breakfast. Very positive experience and would use this company again!
