Shuttle was late. Car rhat showed up was too small to take all the people that had booked for that time. They had to call for a bigger van. It took another 30min for the van to show up. All and all, we lost one hour waiting for this to be solved. Bad planning. And the van that showed up barely had room for everyone’s lugfage and skis!! Never again.

Our kiosk is located on the arrivals level — the same place every traveler exits after landing. The instructions in the confirmation email are clear and detailed, and thousands of guests find us without issue every season. If someone can’t locate the arrivals hall in an airport, that’s not a problem with our directions. For anyone else reading: just follow the signs to arrivals like every other passenger, and you’ll see our kiosk right there.

The problem is this reservation for the shuttle through Viator is actually with another company. There was zero explanation on the website or the ticket where to be picked up. The Calgary airport is huge, which I didn’t expect. So I had to ask many people working there where they picked you up and no one really knew.

Thank you for sharing your experience. For clarity: our shuttle pickup is always on the Arrivals Level, immediately after the baggage claim area. We also have a ticket office right on the Arrivals Level — it’s large, clearly signed, and impossible to miss for anyone paying attention.
We’re glad you enjoyed the ride with your driver, but to be clear, thousands of passengers find the pickup point with no issue every season. For future travelers: simply exit baggage claim, look for our office on the Arrivals Level, and you’ll be at the right spot.

Great driver smooth ride. It was a 630pm ride so there happened to be only one other passenger with us, no traffic and a direct ride from Calgary airport to Banff. Highly recommend!

It took almost 45 minutes on the phone to book this shuttle. The trip from Calgary airport to Canmore was fine. We had booked a shuttle return on the 27th. The day before I was called and I was told we had been moved to a different time which was extremely inconvenient. I then booked the return trip with another service. I called your company for a refund -- which I got -- and then five minutes later I was called back to say that the original booking time was fine. Pretty bad service and not very customer friendly.
