An amazing tour! Our driver was outstanding! We were able to visit and spend time at the lakes and other attractions. The time spent at each stop was completely up to us, which was very nice! He recommended some incredible hikes that we wouldn’t have known about. He was able to take some great family photos as well!

We booked a private tour since you can not access Lake Morraine otherwise. While you can use the roam transit bus - it is tough to get a scheduled ticket.

Our driver was very safe on a snowy/icy day. He did not hurry us at any time. But he was very quiet. He didn't seem to be enthusiastic about the beautiful Canadian Rockies. We went on a tour with a different company the following day, and the guide made it a much more unforgettable experience.

We only had 24 hours in Banff and Aljay went above and beyond to make it possible to see everything (including extending the tour by several hours!). Aljay is an excellent guide with endless energy and is also an excellent photographer – he captured many amazing photos of the group against some truly breathtaking scenery and knew all of the secret spots to take pictures without tourists in the background. We had a great time and a lot of laughs with him along the way. I can't recommend him and this tour highly enough!

Manny was awesome! Knowledgeable - accommodating, the list could go on and on. I was hesitant booking a private tour at first - but will say this was the best part of our vacation north of the border. Manny went out of his way to fill our day with stops - sightseeing locations that we would have never experienced on our own. This was not a stop, get out, snap a picture, and get back in tour. We got to take the time we wanted at each stop...and had some additional stops added in based on what sites we were enjoying the most. Unbelievable full day experience with a great host/guide! A full day trip from Calgary to Peyto lake, Lake Louise and Banff Gondola. Gabriel was enthusiastic and fun to chat with while we drove to the mountains. He was knowledgeable of the area and its history to use the time efficiently. He is careful to make sure everyone is going at a pace they could handle on a couple of short paths uphill to great views. Banff Gondola was a nice experience as well as a stop at Lake Louise. We recommend Gabriel for small groups that want a local to show them the area.

The driver Arnel was excellent
He knew all the places very well. We all had an amazing time. Banff is just so beautiful. All the lakes were amazing beautiful blue water. Would definitely recommend this tour.

It was amazing to have a private tour! We were able to have our own experience and go at our own pace. Our tour guide, Joey, was amazing! He took us to every stop on the agenda. We wanted to see wildlife which is hit or miss. But, he said he'd try and that the wildlife tends to come out at night. Well, we were able to catch deer/fawns in the morning and mountain goats/kids in the evening; all within a few feet away. He delivered on every promise. He gave great recommendations for sights in Calgary and restaurants in Banff. He took photos of us that really captured the moment. The picturesque views and experiences are ones we'll cherish forever. It was my husband's 50th birthday present from me, and it was the best vacation and tour we've evern taken. Well done!

Amazing experience with Jef, an exceptional tour guide. He made sure we did what we wanted and that we had the full experience since we only had one day. It was a day well worth the price. This tour is how you must see Banff and the surrounding lakes. Beautiful and breathtaking!

Our tour guide Manny made this experience extra wonderful. He was on time picking us at the hotel. A very pleasant individual and extremely patient with our loud group. He covered all the sights included in the itinerary and more with a surprise and out of this world final destination. I highly recommend this tour company and specifically Manny, our tour guide. But it all started out so well! Seriously – we're terribly sorry that you found (Moraine Lake) one of the most popular tourist attractions in Banff National Park to be a rock pile. Experience Banff tour is not a History 101 and Talk show but a Sightseeing Tour where all the information about the area is written on-site provided by Park Canada. We thank you for choosing us and I offer you a 50% discount to do the tour again. We will never stop until you are satisfied, after reading this review your driver/guide was just promoted to a new position :)

Exciting travel again after 2 years we arrived 1:30am to Calgary from Sydney the communication about our tour was great on landing in Canada and during after hours. We were met as planned next morning on time at our hotel by Arnel our guide and driver for the day. Arnel was fantastic very knowledgeable about Calgary and surrounding region. Arnel took time to find out what we wanted for the day and also was mindful about comfort stops along the way whether for water/food/ or wash room. We saw Lake Louise ski resort which was humming and got to speak to a local ski instructor and had a lesson on the bears in the area. Lake Louise next where we walk on the lake had a coffee and scone in the Pantry in the Chateau and was in awe of the scenery - fyi Arnel is great taking photos for you .....
Off to walk the track at Jackson Canyon which was spectator a little slippery so make sure you have good walking shoes in April. Next to Banff and the gondola ride which was worth the stop. You can also have lunch up the top if you get there before 3. It was snowing such a treat to see snow and made the photos extra special.
We ran out of time to have a good wander through Banff but worth it we had a set time to be back for a commitment we had so Arnel showed us some of the sites quickly before back to Calgary.
We had only one day of fun day (9 hours) to spend in Calgary and we are so happy we choose this company - experience to do - luck in with Arnel as our guide.
We will be back in summer and will tell all our mates downunder to look up this trip and company if in Calgary and wanting a fantastic experience for the day.
