- This is a combined bus tour. Besides the regular Pickup and drop-off locations, additional points may be added to the tour.
- If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) please inform us at least 7 days before your trip. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee.
- If you have a connecting international flight after the tour, please ensure that your flight departs after 10:30 pm.（**Please understand that depending on schedule, traffic and weather conditions, your arrival time in Calgary may be adjusted **）
- The North American Hotel Standard Room is equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have a specific request for bed types, please inform us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Westar will not be responsible for the performance of this Agreement if prevented or delayed by acts of God, strikes or other labour relations matters, accidents, weather, traffic, airport conditions, lack of performance by third-party suppliers, or other causes beyond Westar’s reasonable control from meeting its terms. Nor will Westar be responsible for any loss or damage relating to trip cancellations or any other cancellations.

I would have rated 0 if possible.
This is our third day and they changed our schedule without telling us until we were picked up by the driver.
This totally screwed up our schedule and spoiled our holiday!!
Complained to the driver and all he could say was nothing I can do!

My teen and I had an amazing tour of Banff, Jasper, and Yoho National Parks with Westar! Their curated itinerary covered the must-see places we wanted to visit in 4 days! I added the 4-lunch package + optional activities package (Banff Gondola, Columbia Icefield Glacier Explorer + Skywalk + Maligne Lake Cruise) to the tour. These are activities you don’t want to miss! We visited Alberta during its peak tourist season in the summer. Booking for our lunches and activities in advance gave us less hassle and stress as how a vacation should be. We didn’t have to queue the long line ourselves to buy tickets or find a restaurant and rush to finish our lunches on a time-scheduled tour. Lunch at the Fairmont Brasserie of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel gave us a bonus closer peek into the historic and fabulous “Castle in the Rockies.” The buffet lunch at the Maligne Lake Chalet was delicious! Our tour guide was Amber and she was excellent! We were lucky to have her as our guide all 4 days. Checking-in to our hotels was a breeze. Amber was always attentive to her tourists and a very knowledgeable tour guide. As tourists from California USA, the LA Dodgers baseball cap she wore on the last day of our tour didn’t go unnoticed — We enjoyed her youthful and positive vibe! We had a large tour bus filled with mostly Chinese-speaking tourists and Amber spoke English clearly, as well as translated in Chinese. My only suggestion is to improve on Westar’s process with their reserved seating to avoid arguments among tourists inside the tour bus. We didn’t have reserve seating but loved our seats! Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour!

We had an amazing trip! The scenery and the itinerary were fantastic but there are some opportunities to improve their travel experience by training or curating their tour guides
For the first two days visiting Jasper, we joined a small group of fewer than 20 people. However, the tour guide during those two days, Kingman (Kelvin) Chau , gave me the impression that I was bothering him whenever I asked a question. He often told me to wait or seemed preoccupied with other things, delaying his responses. Although I knew the tour was offered in both English and Chinese, Kelvin was notably more passionate and detailed when speaking in Chinese than in English. He often rushed through the English explanations and spent more time making jokes than providing key information about the scenery. Initially, I thought this might be due to cultural differences, but after spending two more days with different guides, Amber and Joseph, it became clear that this wasn’t the case. Amber and Joseph were both amazing, super friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the places we visited.
Additionally, Kelvin was rude and sarcastic, which was especially disappointing on my birthday. I truly believe he is not in the right job and should consider doing something that’s not customer-facing.

Espéra a mucho más de un tour de 4 días atendiendo al precio.
Primero comentar combo négative que se trama de macro tour. Buses a Peter y además con pasajeros que tienne asientos asignados en détriments del resto. Añadir que la recogida en mi pick up fue en último lugar, con lo que no me quedó opción que compartir a Siento y no tener ventant para ver el paisaje y hacer fotos.
El tour es orientado solo para asiáticos. Chinos e indios. Yo era la única europea. Los guías son chinos y su manera de gestionar el tour no es de chino canadiense, sinó de chino de la china con lo que Fue bastante caótico y estresante.
El primer días del tour no me gustó. Solo se visitó la góndola y una tomadura de pelo de catarata. Muy mal. No vimos Nada sorprendente de las Rocosas.
El segundo día mejor. El tercero y cuarto lo que realmente es Canadá. Comentar que el ultimo día deberíà dejar rato en los Lagos no solo 20 minutes por lago…
Comentar que cada final e initio de jornada el bus deja a y recogía respect a los via héros, que nos encontrábamos en distintos hotel es, cuestión que le gava a alargarse en más de una hora para los que íban a los ultimos hoteles.
Cada día hemos tension guías y buses Diferentes. Ha si do un poco caótico. Para mí es querer abarcar demasiado por parte de la Agencia local que trabaja a li macro.
À mi me ha ido bien perquè via jo sola pero no repetería. Si Lo lego a saber hunier a contratado tours locales pequeños y me gibiers trasladado en Shuttledirect hasta Jasper y Banff.
Desde visión europea no recomiendo el tour en absoluto.
Comentar que se anuncia como opcional un tour nocturno para ver vida salvaje y luego lo anularon con la escusa que no había mínimo de personas. Muy decepcionante porque además el los 4 días de tour no se esmeró en que pudiéramos ver osos, ells, lobos, etc. Todo muy superficial y al negocio. Estoy muy descontenta.

Muy lindo tour para conocer las rocallosas canadienses con sus bellos paisajes. Excelente la organización del operador local con guías muy profesionales y siempre dispuestos para ayudar y amenizar el viaje en un ómnibus con 50 personas. Muy recomendable.
