The trip was canceled. The pick up time was at 7:30am and I was standing and waiting in the cold for the tour to start at the Calgary Tower. I was notified at 7:37 am that the trip was canceled. I drove from Canmore, Alberta where I am staying (1.5 hours in snow) to meet this tour. This level of inconvenience and poor communication is unacceptable. I should have been notified earlier! 😡😡😡😡

Even though it rained all day the scenery in the Badlands and the Hoodoos made up for it. Awesome! The mine tour was very interesting and thank goodness for the hard hats! The dinosaur museum was amazing and the exhibits were very well presented. Our driver/guide was very informative and friendly. Highly recommend this tour.

Was not expecting to go into a mine. Be prepared to walk up a ramp equal to 200 steps then walk down 200 uneven steps. Make sure you can do the cardio workout. Especially when we had to walk up more steps at the museum as the driver stopped in the designated bus parking instead of dropping us off first at the front of the building. We stopped at all of the attractions. Driver (Ted)shared the information he knew, maybe cracked 2 jokes and would not turn on the radio because he would loose the signal (doesn't know or want to change/find a different station??)

I am sorry to see that you did not enjoy the tour. This tour includes the tunnel tour at the Atlas Coal mine as described in the tour information. We also recommend proper shoes for this tour as there is some extra walkin involved. As for parking, we are requested to park and unload in the bus parking area as with all attractions in all locations. As for the radio, i do not understand about the signal. We only use the radio for our PA system and normally do not use it for music as everyone has different tastes.
