After communicating with the guide via WhatsApp, I went to my room to relax and wait for them to get to the lobby and take me to the light show, it never happened... no communication afterwards either to apologize or reschedule

The actual show was brilliant, however the tour guide was not! Originally were suppose to pick us up at 7, they Changed pick up time to 6, then didn't get there on time. Sent a bloke with a uber. Sped through Cairo , then told us we had to wait for half hour to go in. Wanted to take us to a market we said no.
He got our tickets a d sent us inside, we were then told by a different guide in there we needed earphones. And he helped me get some without ID.
No thanks to our supposed tour guide.

The driver was great, can't fault the collection/drop off /organisation etc. Unfortunately the sound and light show was poor and very dated. It was in Spanish with a headset in English which was a pain.

Show was amazing, professional driver showed up on time and spoke English, car was clean.
Did not feel pressured to leave a tip but I did anyway Because the service was amazing.
Traffic was horrible but the driver knew the ends and outs of Cairo Straits and he got us there on time.
