Disappointed experience

A bit disappointed as was this was an extra special time for me celebrating a milestone birthday with my spouse. My expectations of the cruise ship was not met in terms of cleanliness, quality of the crowd and the meals especially for a vegetarian. We had to pay for the first site visits as there was no coordination by the operators. Upon showing my concerns and disappointment the guide called the office to seek clarification. Also, for pick up from airport we had to chase to enquire who would pick us up. When it is door to door the expectation is that the operator would be proactive and provide all the details!
