It was a first time private tour experience- unexpected. Very short tour less than 3.5 hrs including visiting a store. We usually don't shopping during the tour. I was sorry for buying nothing when visiting a store. Also very uncomfortable with this trip.

thank you ,tour is 4 hour inlucde pick up and drop off you took 3 hour plus one stop then pick up and drop off so you got 5 hour not 4 hour be hippy and enjoy your vacation

Unfortunately, the service provider didn't show up and we lost some precious time during our last hours in Cairo. I've tried to get in touch by phone call, WhatsApp, and Viator message and no one replied. One hour later the guide started sending messages trying to book for later in the same day. At least they were fast to refund the booking payment and once I stopped replying to them, they apologised for their mistake.

The first part of the tour was very good, interesting. The guide was friendly and nice. But the second part, Old Cairo was not very good, to crowded, and the lunch was terrible, the place was cheap, not clean, didn’t have a restroom. We barely touch the food.

We were picked up to the minute at the appointed time by our driver Kazem. Afterwards we had an informative guided tour with our guide Selvia. She was very friendly, patiently answered our questions and allowed us time to explore the individual spots ourselves. However, it definitely takes more time to see Islamic Cairo/Old Town in addition to Muhammad Ali Mosque, Coptic Quarter and Bazaar Chan el-Chalili.
