The tour was supposed to be 3 hours, divided in two parts.. Walking tour one hour and carriage tour. Only 30 minutes carriage tour around Tahrir Square . The guide didn't explain to us anything. I think that he didn't know what to do. Disaster.

City lights and awesome sights

The horse drawn carriage ride through the city was exciting, even the traffic’s was unable to stop us seeing the highlights. The late night shopping can be expensive, so get your converters ready and haggle as this is part of the experience. The driver was awesome and definitely could be a contender for formula 1. Our guide was super friendly and fully focused on us and explained all the highlights. Definitely, a tour not to be missed when in Cairo.

Wonderful tour with Abdu tonight. I changed things up and said no Tahrir horse ride- I just wanted to see Al Azhar park for the sunset, and a couple of the mosques at night. Although the park has a no camera policy- my phone pictures came out gorgeous. I didn't bring my tripod but I loved how the Citadel, Hassan and Riffai mosques came out with my Canon. They even took me to a Lebanese restaurant I've been meaning to try on my trip. Thank you for accommodating my last minute requests.

That was a good experience overall however it's duration was not 4 hours as described but just 2 totally.To tell the truth,just before the arrival in the reception of our hotel our guide asked as if we would like to do something else specifically however the important is everything to be done as described.

The Amazing Night Life Experience!

We were sooo blown away with the difference between the life around the pyramids versus the downtown life. Our tour guide Mahmound H started our adventure off with a horse ride! Then he helped me meet up with family that just arrived in Cairo as well. The places he took us to will definitely be cherished! I'm so glad we went with him on yet another adventure! He doesn't disappoint!
