This was an easy solo trip for my partner and myself (no others on the boat with us). I have a slight fear of heights so was worried but the slow ease into the air was like we were a kite in the wind and easy and a wonderful ride. The team were great and friendly. We enjoyed the boat ride out to open sky and away from the beach which was nice to see the beach and shoreline from the water. I would definitely recommend.

The process was seamless start to finish. Crew was friendly, fun, informative, kind, patient, and helpful.
Only upgrade would be better signage where to meet. Ended up at the location to pay the marina, but staff there was more than willing to help and escorted us directly to the boat.

I was the last in our group to go up, and it was well worth the wait. We met near Breathless Hotel at the marina, the same spot as the Hip Hop Boat Party. After check-in and a quick dock fee, we boarded and were briefed on safety and ride details.
Each person went up for about 10–15 minutes, maybe more. The skies were clear, and the waters calm, which made the flight smooth. They allowed us to bring our own drinks and music, adding a personal touch. The views from above—marina, coastlines, and distant resorts—were absolutely stunning.
The onboard photographer offered pro photos. We used our phones too, but you can haggle for a good deal on all your group’s shots. Overall, a laid-back, unforgettable ride in the sky.

I'm sure parasailing would have been wonderful (if we were able to do it). My wife and I were very excited for our first time parasailing as we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary with a cruise to Mexico. We had our tickets and confirmation email that stated our tour would start at 11 am but when we arrived we were told the excursion didn't start until 12. That would have been fine but the last tender boat back to the cruise ship was leaving at 1:45 pm and the tour wouldn't get done until 1:30pm. The excursion offered to water taxi us back to the dock at half price but we didn't want to risk it as 15 minutes was not a lot of time to go across the pier. If there were any delays of any kind we would have been left in Mexico. We decided to just cut our time short and just go back to the ship. I reached out to Viator and let them know the circumstances but was told they would not refund me the money as we could have made it back to the ship in time. I explained again that everything I was given showed 11 and not 12 but was still denied a refund. Since they denied helping me in anyway I kindly said thank you but will no longer be using Viator for any future excursions as that is not how you treat customers.

It's was a wonderful time. The guide was very informative and funny. The only thing was I wished they they pick you up because it was a little confusing finding the the lacation. But all in all it was awesome

Our initial person never showed up for our parasailing excursion. We got on the phone with Mauricio and he had another boat out to us within minutes. It was a slight inconvenience but I was so impressed how they made things right so quick. We also had a blast and the crew was excellent. This is a legit company and I highly recommend.

We had amazing time parasailing. The crew was very friendly and helpful and made the whole experience so much better. My wife was a little nervous at first, but they took the time to reassure her and she loved it. We were even able to see a few sea turtles and a sea lion while we were up in the air. My 11 and 15 year olds said it was the highlight of the trip so far for them. There was also a photographer who was able to capture some great photos of us enjoying the experience.

Due to high winds it was canceled. The company reached out to us several times for any changes but the winds were not cooperating . We were unable to reschedule since we were leaving the next day.

On our third day full of activities, we went Parasailing. This was my first time and I had a blast! I think we went up to 600 or 800 feet? But if you don't want to go that high, you can just tell the guides. They also took videos and pictures for us, which all turned out amazing!. The views from up there were amazing. You get a great view of the arch, the long stretch of beaches, the vast ocean, all the other water activities happening below you, the cityscape...all beautiful. I highly recommend this activity!

This was such a great experience. We had no trouble finding the meeting point and from there we took a small boat to the marina where the boat took us out. we had our own personal photographer throughout the experience. The boat staff was so friendly and they were very knowledgeable and personable. If you’re thinking of doing this— go ahead and book!

We were scheduled to meet at the location at 11:30am. I received a call at 11:05 letting me know it was cancelled after spending $40 usd for a ride to the location and another $20 usd to get back. Terrible.

The parasailing itself was fun. The guides were great and one took several pictures for us. The complaint I have is they pick you up on the shore via water taxi. The taxi doesn’t come all the way up to the bank but stops right where the waves are crashing and the current is. When getting out of the water taxi you have grab all your things and get down a ladder. When I stepped on the ladder a wave came and knocked me down and then the current pulled me under the boat. My arm is bruises ,my hand is cut up and swollen ,and my hip is sore. The water taxi man didn’t even check to see if I was okay. The set up is very dangerous.

Overall, this was a great activity to do in Cabo. The check in process was a bit disorganized and there seemed to be some confusion with our reservations. Thankfully, we were able to have one of our friends go twice as someone else was unable to join. They take you out far into the water. The actual parasailing was very relaxing and you have an amazing view of medano beach and fhe famous arch. It was also a safe experience overall!

Please do not use this company Gray Line I’m here in Cabo and when we arrived to the meet point we were told no activity for parasailing was at the location reached out to Viator and informed them this company is fraudulent they couldn’t help so be aware of Gray Line transportation.
