Our group had a fantastic time on this excursion. Vanu was an exceptional and knowledgeable guide who told us so much about the structures, the animals and the area. Freddy was a terrific captain who kept us safe and took us out into the waters where we saw many whales, dolphins & sea lions. We even were able to hear their underwater "songs" which was so cool. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a great experience watching the sunset and seeing these amazing creatures. Thank you Vanu & Freddy for a perfect evening.

Rude staff only wanting your money

Terrible rude staff. They only want you money and are not interested at all in your needs or circumstances. Beware of booking any tours with Cabo Trek if this is the treatment they give to their guests. Tried to cancel ahead of time when I was told their was low chance of seeing whales on the tour which was advertised and was unable to

Of course for every story there's 2 sides... But be aware that when you start with threats, there's no deal to be made with me. People who think that threatening me with a 1 star review will give them the right to do what they want is NOT an option at Cabo Trek. Ahead of time? You wanted to cancel your tour 1,5 hours before tour start for no reason and i'm sorry but we can't do that. (Cancellation policy states that you can cancel with more than 24 hours is advance!) We treat our guests with the same respect they give to us... I believe i was very polite considering you started the conversation with threats. Cabo Trek is a serious business, 8 years of diligent work made us earn over 700 TripAdvisor reviews and most of them are 5 stars...you really think we get them by ripping of people as you're suggesting? For your information: Since everything was ready for your trip, we (me and my staff) decided to go out anyways just for pleasure, drunk the wine we put on ice for you and eat the delicious plate of quesadillas with guacamole and saw 11 whales: honestly truly incredible for being one of the last tours of the season. A real shame you didn't join! LONG LIVE CABO TREK
