First time Parasailing. It was A-MAZING!!! The Tour Coordinator (Fernanda) reached out via Text & Voice regarding the excursion. She along with the Guide (Andy) who was in charge upon the Boat were kind & friendly. Can’t wait to do it again

You will get wet.
It is a 25 minutes walk around the marina from the cruise ship tendering dock.
My 14 year old and 17 year old really enjoyed it.

Pad a blast! Had a whale swim from deep and breach right under us. Friendly staff. Scheduled with them after the company I usually schedule with had a boat issue. I was pleasantly surprised!

Super fun experience! was our first time and it was pretty easy. the guys on the boat were very nice and helpful. we saw a green turtle swimming on the surface while we were up in the air. we had a lot of great pictures to take home with us. please note that the photos were an extra charge but how often do you go parasailing in Cabo right?

The operator of this tour was nice to work with. Unfortunately the trip before the one we booked at noon had a lot of people and still was not back by 12:30. We had to be back for our cruise ship at 2:15 so we could not wait any longer. The tour operator initiated a refund and so I assume it will be given shortly.

Unfortunately, on the tour prior to yours, the passengers did not meet the required weight to perform double flights, so we had to operate single flights instead. This caused the tour to run slightly longer than usual. Although there was still enough time to return to the cruise ship, we understand that the possibility of a longer tour may create concern about not arriving back on time.
As you mentioned, once you decided not to wait, we immediately initiated the refund process. It is possible that you have already received it.
Our apologies, and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future.

The experience is advertised as 1hour and 30 minutes, however it was a total of about 30 minutes to board, parasail, then land. We were only in the sky for less than 10 minutes before we were reeled back onto the boat. I’m assuming this is because we were the only two passengers, however I believe we should’ve been able to fly for longer than 10 minutes since we weren’t in a group. It’s definitely not advertised correctly and not worth the money. The crew was nice, but we just don’t feel as if it was worth the expense.

Thank you for joining our activity! Yes, as stated in the tour description, the total duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, with a flight time of 10 minutes per single or double flight—just like all companies offering parasailing experiences.
If your tour was shorter, it’s because the maximum duration of the entire excursion is 1 hour and 30 minutes when the boat is full. We cannot extend the flight time beyond 10 minutes, as the tour price covers that specific airtime.

This was so much fun! It felt very safe and secure — the team on board was not only very fun, they were clearly well trained and had safety down to a dance. They were super thorough. And when you’re up in the air… it’s magic. We were able to spot several sea turtles from the sky as well as great views of the Arch and the downtown Cabo beach. It’s like flying on a swing in the most beautiful place!

We booked this trip months in advance and was very excited about it. The day of the trip we got to the place we were suppoed to goto and recieved a call that they cancelled our parasailing without any reason at all. We ended up booking with sea cabo the same day and would recommend them this place sucks
