The clear boat was awesome. I wasn’t expecting to capture this much Buick scenery in this ride. The operator was very friendly and helpful and capturing our moments through our camera. The overall vibe was A1. I would suggest you bring sandals or flip-flops so you would be comfortable on the boat and bring sunscreen.

I’m very disappointed. I booked in advance but when I arrived they had no record of my reservation. Staff told me the correct ticket cost $37 to be paid on-site and that my prior payment wasn’t valid. I left without the tour and have requested a full refund through Viator. Please be careful when booking.

Unfortunately, our experience with this tour was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, the staff was rude and unhelpful. When we arrived and mentioned that we had a reservation, they couldn’t find it and made us wait without offering any real assistance. After insisting for a while, they finally let us join a boat, but their attitude remained unpleasant throughout.
The tour itself felt like a total tourist trap — it lasted only a few minutes, and the focus seemed to be entirely on selling overpriced photos rather than providing an enjoyable experience. The “clear boat” concept was not what we expected at all, and the whole thing felt rushed and poorly organized.
Honestly, we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The place has potential, but the lack of professionalism and the aggressive photo sales completely ruined it for us.

I had been saving up and searching for the best price for this activity, and finally made my reservation. When I arrived, everything turned into a complete nightmare. I got a bit lost finding the place, and once I finally showed up, the staff told me they had no record of my booking. After insisting, they suddenly admitted I did have a reservation — but then said there were no spots available and I would just have to wait. Absolutely unacceptable.
This was supposed to be a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had already spent two hours getting there and had another excursion lined up afterwards. Instead of enjoying the gift I had carefully arranged, Envatours told me I needed to pay the full regular price ($37 instead of the $15 I had already paid) PLUS an extra $5 “fee” — and still with no guarantee of a spot. In other words: they take your money, then tell you to pay more, and still leave you waiting with no service.
In the end, we didn’t do the activity at all. My boyfriend’s birthday surprise was completely ruined. This is beyond poor service — it is a scam.
Do not book with this company. They are unreliable, dishonest, and has zero respect for customers’ time or money. They will ruin your plans just like they ruined mine.

We had a great time. Our tour guide was very informative and funny. We were able to stop and see fish under the boat as well as take pictures by the arch. The meetup location is fairly easy to find but it is inside of a mini mall. If you are on a cruise, it is worth it to get the transportation because it’s a decent walk from the pier. It was definitely worth the price and was very professional. I would definitely recommend!

Great way to end our evening! Our crew was kind and informative and the clear boat was very cool, especially once we got close to Pelican Rock and were able to see a school of fish beneath us. We did the 5 PM ride in June and to be honest, the mobula rays stole the show. They were jumping like crazy and one swam right beneath us! One of the coolest experiences we've ever had. Definitely take the trip. It's a low cost excursion that we'll never forget.

I booked the glass boat with Amigos Tours, When I went to the place Envatours, the tour agency refused to honor my ticket, even though I had an email and confirmation, I called “ Amigos Tours” , and they just hung up, the price to get a ticket was 39 USD vs the 15 USD I paid on this fake agency.
The person upfront Daniela and the manager Dennisse explained to me that they usually have problems with Amigos tours, it was very disappointing.

Great experience to see the arch and sealife. Great also if you don't want to dive or snorkel as the fish are right under the boat and visibility is super clear. Highly recommend if you have small children.

Wear some cute outfits. Bright colors to have your picture taken on the boat. The boat can sometimes be a little bumpy so I wouldn't bring items you have to carry and hold onto. Less is better. The boat have a covering but I still loaded up on sunscreen and wore a hat. It was such an amazing experience.

Never made trip amigos transportation and viator both lied about being here to pick us up but the transport never showed at the time provided so we lost our money and the tour. Don’t recommend use either service

This company took payment and never showed up. I waited over an hour .I contacted the operator via Whatsapp exactly one minute after the pickup time. Only to be sent a message that I was a no-show. I Was in the pickup location 2p minutes before pi kup time. This is a complete rip off.

This was a very unique experience that was alot of fun. The hotel pick up was super convenient and the driver was very nice. The boat captain Thomas and the guide Rancell were very knowledgeable and sweet. This was money well spent and is in my opinion the best way to see the arch. The boat ride was about and hour round trip. We saw all kinds of fish and we found the all clear boat to be super cool.
