Worst excursion I've booked in all my traveling. The transportation pick up was 45 minutes late. The description said this would include tequila tasting & lunch. None of this was offered. However the guide who was leading my camel offered us a sip of tequila from his personal flask that was empty lol I'll be reaching out for a refund.

Hi, I looked into this and you are correct in that they did not provide the lunch and tasting for your tour. For some reason they had you on the basic camel tour that does not include it and I apologize. I have issued the refund already.

The experience included 20 minutes each way of ATV transport to the beach area where the camels were tied. The camels were great. The guide walked them along the beach and back while we rode for about 40 minutes. The included lunch was very small, 3 street taco sized fajitas on dry, unprepared corn tortillas. The fajita chicken and veggies were delicious, just very scant amount on each little tortilla, no toppings or sides. It was worth the cost for me because my teenage daughters' smiles were so genuine. They very much enjoyed meeting and riding the camels. Friendly staff. Shuttle to and from hotel was also great.

Experience was fun and beautiful. We were lucky enough to have our own “private session” so it was just the two of us cruising along the beach enjoying the vibes and sunset. Our guide was very friendly and allowed us to take pictures and videos, even offered to take some for us as well. Unfortunately I did not catch his name but he was great.
The tacos that come with this experience are VERY BASIC. Ask them to fully cook the tortillas because ours was still raw/cold. They have a mini bar where you can drink and get snacks too while you wait.

The extra 25.00 per person park fee was unexpected. The lunch was over heated and awful. No opportunity for pictures except from company and they were ridiculously priced. The camel handler, Billy was nice and upbeat, but then we only spent about 20 minutes on the camel with a 5 minute camera feeding photo op. Not worth it

Hi, the park fee they collect is listed and we remind you after booking. It is used to restore the land. The pictures we tell you about too. If you called the toll free number I would have advised to book the camels from Picacho Adventures instead of Cactus Tours but I didn't get that chance. Next time, please take a few minutes to get the info you need before booking. I answer the phone and am happy to help.

Loved that they kicked us up at our hotel. The place was very nice. Check in was very organized. Waiting for the actual camel event..took forever. Our event was supposed to start at 11, we didn’t move until 12. The guide knew we didn’t speak Spanish, but still spoke Spanish the entire time and I KNOW he was speaking about us. Food was ok. Camels were cool. Oh and they make you leave your phone in a locker so you only have the pics they take. And they sucked. So we have no record of us doing this. Overall…meh. Happy I had the experience. No I would not do it again.

Hi Chelsy, Cactus Tours can be hit and miss sometimes. I am sorry you just had a meh experience. If you want to try our other camel tour provider sometime, let us know and we will get you a discounted tour. It is a smaller provider and gives more personal service. We hope the rest of your time in Cabo was stellar.

cactus tours is a great company. we arrived by airconditioned bus that was part of package. easy checkin. they offer 35$/each for own tour extra if you want only ur family in camel ride to take pictures and vids. also nice breeze at place. very clean. and tequila tasting and tacos. unlimited tacos. loved it all. nice staff. very friendly.

The actual camel ride and guide were interesting. The rest of the tour was miserable. The shuttle was late. Once we got there we were rushed through a herd of people. Directions were very unclear. And the waiting around was agonizing. We planned on a 2-3 hour excursion but it was over 5 hours for a 30 minute camel ride.

well there was a problem with the pick up, bad information finally found someone to call catus tours, found pick up place, then we had to pick up other people at there hotels, so we were in the van for 1 hour 20 minutes to get to catus tours place, long line at catus tours to get thru just to get with a group to go, then had to ride a shuttle for 20 minutes to get to camel, then what was suppose to be a 2 hour camel ride only lasted 35 minutes, a little to much to pay but it was fun. You can't take your camera or cell phone out on ride, they want to take your picture and sell them to you. $$$$
