We did this experience with our 5 year old and 7 year old. It was a bucket list experience for sure and the highlight of our trip. We had some fun hiccups getting there but they went above and beyond making it work for us. We are so grateful and the pictures are a treasure.

Turtle hatchlings release not to be missed!

An amazing experience to release the turtle hatchlings! Sylvia and Juan, the marine biologists were excellent on the tour! Our driver was also great. We appreciated the snacks, drinks and bug repellent that was provided on the tour.

Amazing experience!

If you love animals and nature, you will love this! It starts with lots of information about turtles, their sizes, their shells and more about the specific breed you’re helping release. Then you get to release your baby turtle (held in a bowl, not your hands) onto the sand and watch it make its way to the ocean. It was great to see nature up close like that and the staff were amazing. Very nice and very knowledgeable!

Such a beautiful experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by the marine biologist who was very knowledgeable and made sure we all understood the importance and life scan of the turtles. The experience and views were incredible.

Experience of a Lifetime

This is a once in a lifetime experience!! How many people can say they have release baby turtles? We released 177 baby turtles and it was AMAZING!! Sylvia was our guide and she did an excellent job explaining the importance of what they do to help make sure these turtles don’t become in danger species. I would do it a million times over.
