Unreal very nice!
After touch down in to the country by flight we kick started our evening with this experience it was lovely seeing the scenery with some lovely cocktails which BTW are a 10/10.
The staff are overly nice! Very friendly...

The organisation to board the boat from Dock 11 was unorganised, people queuing for half an hour in rain before it starts but some people that booked these trips were let in quicker after walking to the front to ask but this wasn’t signposted or communicated to others who should have had the same opportunity. Person on the dock gate giving out the bands and checking your name didn’t bother communicating with anyone in the queue. When you get onto the boat it seemed stress free, if you booked this tour you show your band given and given two tokens to pass to the waiting lads when you want to order a cocktail. There was good choice of cocktails but they took a while to make. The hour trip is worth the sightseeing and to take lots of pictures and have a good time with friends/partner/family. It doesn’t have a guide that tells you what each attraction is but you can get an app to help with that. Bartending staff were great and very polite, always around even on top deck.
Tip - Wrap up warm if you want to go on top deck but below has heating all the time. Make sure you order your next drink with enough time (maybe half way through the first) as it takes time for them to make and be brought to you with the sheer amount of people on the boat all ordering too.

When you book this experience on Viator, you’re given a bracelet to mark that you have gotten the drinks. It took the staff an unusually long time to give me my bracelet which meant by the time I boarded (despite arriving at the dock early) all seats on the upper deck were taken. I sat below and tried to enjoy the sites through the grimy windows with light reflection/glare issues, but it made the experience absolutely not worth it

Nice cruise but cocktails were below par. They didn’t have half the ingredients for some of the cocktails in the list. A bit disappointing for the price.

Didn't have to wait around long to board the boat. Got set off right away, was amazing seeing all the buildings along river front lit up.
Definitely worth the money. Got 3 cocktails in with the price, I was expecting it to be a set coxktail and not that great, but honesty they were amazing. You got given a menu with around 15 different cocktails to choose from, and the staff done table service. Most of all the music choice was brilliant 👏

Would have been nice except one party thought it was a party boat and was playing loud music and singing for the whole trip oh and there was nails protruding from the table which snagged my husbands jumper 😢

I had wish the trip to go around the island. Rather than Further the other way. The cocktails weren't that great either. I feel like for what we paid it could have been unlimited cocktails but never mind. It was an average experience.

A lovely cruise up the river with cocktails being served very efficiently via a token system. No need to queue at bar, all table service. Would highly recommend for a great evening with friends seeing all the sights lit up. Smaller boat so not too many people.

Good way to see the sights, but the boat was very crowded and loud with people and music. Also, I did not receive any of the drinks that were advertised. I was not even approached by a server. When I first boarded the boat I was handed a menu and drink tokens and that was my last interaction with any of the staff.

Great cruise. It's much smaller than the other which seems to have 100s of people. There were some of us who had 3 cocktails and some others seemed to have beer and pizza- made on the boat. Great view... Didn't have to fight for it or anything

Arrived 5 minutes late (Uber driver cancelled on us).
Was told the boat had already left - although, usually these boat cruises leave 5-10 minutes late.
They didn't even try to contact me.
Saw a few boats on the river and all of them were pretty empty, so they really could have waited a bit.

Turned up at 5:56 and the boat already left the dock, 4 minutes before the scheduled time. I was forced into paying €20 for another trip or face losing my full payment.
The staff pushed me into a vulnerable corner and as such, took advantage of me, for more money.
I would avoid this trip and the vulture like staff. After making a complaint, viator didn’t seem interested. Poor service, stay clear.
