Insta vs reality very different. Lovely place but very busy! More like a wet club than a relaxing spa lol! Worth a visit but be prepared for crowds and treatments selling out fast.

This is a fabulous spa. You can easily spend more than 4.5 hrs. We did make the mistake of thinking transport was included but we got a Bolt instead

A must place to visit if going to Bucharest. However, I would suggest just going direct to the Romanian website when you arrive for cheaper tickets. What no one tells you though is to arrive at opening if you want to have a spa treatment/massage. We arrived just after 12 and there was nothing left. Highly recommend visiting in the evening as well when it’s dark and all the pool lights are on.

Terrible experience and too much money

Absolutely do not choose them, terrible experience as I paid 100€ more for the tickets to enter the Therme in Bucharest compared to the Therme themselves and anyway I thought all areas were included as they had also confirmed to me via WhatsApp, instead I had to pay a supplement on site to visit the other areas. I called and looked for a meeting point for this matter and nothing, not at all helpful. Absolutely never buying from them again!!

The thermal baths are very beautiful, but unfortunately they are overcrowded and noisy; already in the morning there were no loungers available at the entrance, so it is difficult to enjoy them without a place to rest and with so many people around. It would be nice if they managed the number of visitors. Moreover, we paid extra for the Elisium services, but even there the saunas and other services were crowded, so nothing exclusive. There was a line even at the exit for settling the extras, and despite this, they do not miss the opportunity to charge you the supplement (we stayed ten minutes longer). What a shame.
