The spa was so enjoyable and was able to spend 4 hours there. We ordered drinks from the pool bar and sat relaxing in the thermal spa. highly recommend.

The venue is pretty awesome. The pools are great. It’s very clean. People are friendly. Just bring a pair of flip-flops or you will have to buy one. The shoes have to slide on and off and bring a towel or a robe or you will have rent one, outside of that great experience. Pick up was pretty timely and easy

This is so worth doing, what a wonderful experience. The driver was lovely and there was no issues. We went with the afternoon pick up but it was really busy so could only get sun beds outside which was fine due to weather and robe. Best to go in the morning for a space here to be guaranteed much like many popular places. This was in the adults only palm area, there was plenty of seats in the galaxy area where children are allowed. The spa is so well organised and clean. It was just wonderful. You have plenty of time but I’d spend the whole day next time. Top experience and well worth it if you are a lover of water!

Met the vehicle a short walk from our hotel. Driver took us into Therme and sorted tickets so we didn’t need to queue. Picked us up on time and was friendly. Therme is a lovely experience. It is very relaxing. It starts to get busy as the day goes on. We secured sun beds by the pool as soon as we got there. Enjoyed nice cocktails and the pools were amazing. Great atmosphere and highly recommend it.

There is a free bus (nbr 442) from city center to therme... The entrance fee at the entrance for same package is Only 20eur... So this service is way over priced.

Great experience- transportation was on time and all instructions were clear as to pickup locations and time. The spa is absolutely amazing and relaxing. Best to go early in the day as by the time we were done (around 1430) the line was out the door. Be sure to throw a towel or robe on a chair when you first arrive or none will be available as it fills up. Prices are reasonably priced for snacks and drinks. I only wish they had free water dispensers as it’s easy to get dehydrated when there are so many saunas. Facilities were clean and in good working order. All of the employees were courtesy and helpful.

I liked very much a pool with warm water and a pool bar, also I liked a massage 💆‍♀️ very much. Transfer was great to the Therme and back. I liked also a watch ⌚ that I may to close it to eat or to drink or to take a tower...and to pay from it in the end before I exit

From the pick up to the drop off this experience was amazing. The Thermal spa, was amazing with such a variety of pools, bars, flumes, beautifully kept with lots off pools and palm trees, bars and places to eat. A mixture of saunas and steam rooms, each one different and unique. A relaxing day after a busy time in Bucharest.
