Very nice but overcrowded, most suna rooms are full, main thermal pool very smelly due to fact drinks been served in water . Overall 6/10

Perfect for fun, followed by relaxation

Really lovely tropical environment to explore, chill and relax. We had entry to Palm & Galaxy. Was tempted to upgrade to Elysium, but didn't feel comfortable going back out into reception to upgrade. However, we filled the full 3 hours in the other areas. We went in the massage water beds... Unsure of what it would cost, as additional costs/prices are not transparent. It's so easy to rack up a small fortune. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the massage beds. To reduce the 'add ons' take your own towel or robe, sliders/flip flops. We wished we'd taken 2 towels, as the towel dryers aren't that effective, and mine was very damp, before needing it to shower, as we left. Although we visited in November, we wished we took sun glasses, as the winter sun was low, and blinding, especially when outdoors. Left really chilled.

The spa is big and very very busy. The issue here is do not buy the tickets from this vendor they overcharge and you don’t get the product that are listed.

It is well worth the visit, but your ticket does not allow you entry into the Elysium area, but you can buy entry ( via you wrist band) it costs an extra 7 euros, but well worth it as this area is where all the Saunas are. Sadly the beach was not open on the day we visited. However would definitely visit again

We went to the spa before flying onto Vienna, WOW just WOW! The spa was absolutely incredible, so many different areas and products and services for you to use. You always expect these sort of places to provide average level food and drinks because you know they know you’ll buy it as you can’t take your own in, but it’s the opposite, the best pina colada and cheese burger I’ve ever had!! Would definetly fly back just to visit the spa! Incredible!!

Very crowded, not many spa appointments available and no way to pre-book-first come, first served. Gotta arrive before opening to get in line-even for skip the line tickets. Too many people in the pools to relax and enjoy and hard to find a place to sit. Massage was just ok-I’ve had better. Don’t recommend spending the whole day there.

The spas are beautiful and deserve so much 😍. But I would avoid doing the whole day... because you get very tired and leave early if za take advantage of the ticket paid for the whole day I recommend rather a 6-hour or evening entrance. For all three areas. To be redone touched and run Airport-Terme-Airport.😅

Servizio struttura da migliorare con comunicazione trasparente

Esperienza non positiva. Comunicazione e ostilità nell'accoglienza e nel dare informazioni. Pagamento maggiorato di circa 20 euro a testa per chi ha prenotato tramite call center o Viator. Chi è andato invece, direttamente sul sito o all'ingresso delle Terme ha risparmiato circa 20 euro a persona e ha usufruito di più servizi. Molte persone, addirittura con lo stesso biglietto di 49 euro, hanno avuto accesso per 4,5 ore non solamente al primo piano ma pure alle saune del piano superiore o secondario. Prezzo veramente alto di 49,00 euro per 4.5 ore per il solo piano primo costituito da piscine esterne ed interne ed area relax o divertimento per ragazzi. Servizio da migliorare sia per il prezzo e sia per la raggiungibilità o fruibilità del posto dato che il servizio bus è affiancato da servizi privati che spesso e ingiustamente strozzano la visita alla città di Bucarest per il prezzo insostenibile. Purtroppo ci si aspettava un posto per il relax e non ad una location per stare solo attenti alle spiacevoli e sgradevoli sorprese.

Bel posto ma abbastanza costoso. Termale? Acqua calda si, ma non termale a mio avviso. Ho avuto esperienze termali in Italia superiori. La parte Galaxy è un piccolo acquapark coperto e qualche aggiunta. Ti fanno aprire zaini e borse per controllare che tu non abbia cibo portato da fuori. In compenso hanno una buona zona ristorante interna. Bar in piscina (veramente nell'acqua) molto carini. Zona Palm dedicata a chi non ha bambini (non ammessi i minori di 14 anni e chiedono il documento all'ingresso).

È stata una pessima esperienza, personale sgarbato e poco professionale, in quel posto regna la confusione. Negli spogliatoi non c'è privacy, non sono divisi per sesso!!! Un postaccio, noi avrvamo pagato un biglietto per due zone ma ogni volta che passavamo da una zona all'altra bisognava passare il braccialetto di riconoscimento e alla fine oltre al biglietto iniziale, ci siamo trovate a pagare un conto salato. Più che le terme più grandi d'Europa mi sembra un acquapark incasinato. Di sicuro non consiglio a nessuno di andare in un postaccio del genere
