Bogdan was great! He showed us all over Bucharest. We were in a spacious clean van for the first 2 hours and were able to see the tourist attractions that are not as walkable especially with two kids (age 9 & 6). Then the last 2 hours we walked and saw all the important sites that we would have past if we were walking on our own. I highly recommend the tour!

I really liked this tour. It is a great way to get to know the city especially in the front part of your stay here. You are driven around to many many of the sites ranging from seeing Gypsy people and the flower selling to Victory Square to the Presidents house (former communist leader) , etc.
What I really liked was how flexible they were. The day was quite hot AND we had a tour for later in the week to walk Old Town. This, our guide decided to do more driving and less walking. Then, when a surprise rain storm hit he still drove around showing us Bucharest.

We did this excursion on the day we arrived in the afternoon and it was great to be shown and given information on our first day. Our guide was also very helpful and made the tour fun. It was just us and the tour guide which made it so much better. The guide is very knowledgably and also shared his experiences growing up there. Fantastic first day tour.

The best part of the tour was our guide, Catalin. He was able to share his extensive of the city in a way that was both easy to understand and enjoyable. He was able to adapt the tour as we had already seen some of the sights. He added a couple of different stops plus he changed the ratio of time driving to walking as it was a chilly day. His years spent as concierge at a 5 Star hotel has given him extensive of the very vibrant city. He was not only able to recommend good restaurants but able to offer suggestions of dishes to try as we were in search of some traditional Romanian fare.
I would highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to have Catalin as your guide it should make for a terrific experience.

The tour is well planned and the sights are very interesting. Our guide made a great effort to balance good humor and history, which kept our interest. It was a large group with a wide range of physical levels, but he still managed to keep us all mostly together so we could all enjoy. A very good way to spend a day in Bucharest.

Vlad has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the city, coveyed in a most interesting and often humorous way. A great combination of driving and walking, incorporating all the main sights in a short space of time. Vlad was also helpful with recommendations for dining and other places to visit. Highly recommended.

Sebastian was a great tour guide and the private tour was nice. He gave us very detailed stories of the countries past and showed us a lot of locations. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the fact that it went 1.5 hours over the 4 hour allocation for the tour and he didn’t seem to notice and we didn’t know what to say. Luckily we weren’t really in a rush to get anywhere else and overall the tour was great and we feel like we saw almost all of the city/what we wanted to see. As well as learnt about a lot of the countries history.

Our guide was marvelous!!! We had previously had a walking tour the day before and we had formed a not so favorable opinion of Bucharest. But this guide did such a wonderful job and was extremely knowledgeable about the city and it’s history so we changed our minds - love Bucharest. The guide took us to some behind the scene locations such as the Symphonic Orchestra in practice. It was lovely and we were the only people in the audience. He took us to all the major places of interest and managed to find a place to park and went way out of his way to save us steps and time. He explained everything in detail and answered our many questions. He was the best guide ever!!! I would recommend this tour to anyone arriving in Bucharest. Marilyn and Paul

My friend and I had a brief 2 days in Bucharest so we booked a four hour tour. We were promptly picked up by Ionela and off we went. Her knowledge of history, nature and anything Romanian made the tour very interesting and fun. Her natural connection with people made for an easy afternoon spent in her company. Ionela went above and beyond accommodating us by dropping us off at a different location. I will recommend Ionela to friends as a fantastic tour guide! Cheers to you for employing one of the best!

A very professional and well organised venture. No excess emails, every clearly explained clearly and correctly. Our guide, Mircea, was very punctual, well presented and very knowledgeable. He took the time to talk to us and then tailor the experience to our interests. His knowledge was very good and he was able to answer all our questions. He showed us some sights we would never have found by ourselves and we followed up on some of his recommendations, all of which were fantastic. This was well worth the price and gave us knowledge to plan the next couple of days of exploring by ourselves.

It was a great way to see Bucharest if you only have a day or two.
Our guide/drive Radu was the best. 2 hour drive with photo stops and then
a 2:30 hour walk around the city center. Stopped for coffee. He is vary passionate about his work and his city

I found this tour and decided this would be a great way to see a lot of the sights in the city within a short time span and would save me time from using public transport and Uber as a solo traveler. Sebastian was punctual and arrived on time and he was an excellent tour guide. You can tell he's very knowledgeable and provided well-balanced historical context of some of the sights. I know little about Romanian history in general but Sebastian had good knowledge and I was very fascinated about the history. It's definitely a great for solo travelers and I would definitely recommend!
