I have booked this ticket on an evening of December 21 for the next day. Miss Li responded within a few minutes and asked me for my full name and passport ID – this was basically the only thing I needed to do – rest was handled within the few hours on the same day by Miss Li. I have then received my ticket with very detailed instructions on how to get there and what are the best ways to explore the site. Upon my arrival on the next day, everything worked perfectly. I had great time exploring the site thanks to the recommendations. It was an extremely smooth and nice experience with no hustle thanks to Miss Li. I booked an advance entry ticket for the Temple of Heaven. The ticket arrived the evening before the trip, along with helpful instructions from Li. Good experience and much simpler than going through the official WeChat channel, which seems to require a Chinese phone number for booking.
