Incredible experience and worth every penny. The tour guide was called Keith who was brilliant. He educated us, gave us space to explore and brought humour to the tour. The lunch was really good. Definitely do The great Wall early as the crowds build quickly. We came down at 11am to find the queue to go up was 2hours long. We had no queue.

This was a small group tour that ended up being a private tour when the other family cancelled. We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which was so nice, and driven to the Badaling section of the wall. Our guide, Murphy, was really good and went up the wall with us (going up in the gondolas is an extra charge). We stopped by the Ming Tombs, then had a buffet lunch of traditional Chinese food at a spot where all the tour companies go. Just keep in mind that there will be pressure to see the jade and tea products after, but we declined and there was no problem doing that. Overall, this is a great way to go see a very popular and beautiful section of the wall.

I commend the great expertise of Lee, our tour guide. He is fun, eloquent in English and knows the history, culture, and every story of each site visited. I super enjoyed this entire tour, from the Great Wall, to the palace and Tinanmen square to a side trip at Jade house and Chinese medicine and the SUMPTUOS LUNCH. It is a whole day trip but it feels greqt to explore the prime destinations that offer hidden gem of beauty, human artistry and craftiness. I enjoyed the cable ride and the walk to the wonder of the world. May is the best time to visit here because of colder breezy air against the scorching heat of the sun. Price is very affordable. Thank you Mr. Lee and this Tour operator. The driver was also good. Our mode of communication was whatsapp and wechat and the entire group (7 of us from UK, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Scotland and Canada) felt very comfortable, relaxed and entertained. 10 out of 10.

We had a great experience with Kevin as our tour guide! The tour left promptly on time from the station, and the bus was comfortable. Kevin spoke English very well and provided useful information on the history of the Great Wall and tips for making the most of the experience. He also assisted us in purchasing tickets for the cable cars and toboggan rides, and was very friendly and helpful in his manner. The tour was an amazing experience of a must-see wonder of the world, made all the simpler with this tour group. We would definitely recommend to any other visitors!

I had an excellent experience with this private tour to the Great Wall and Summer Palace. From the start, the company was incredibly thoughtful. I mentioned I was travelling with my parents, and they surprised us with a complimentary vehicle upgrade, which made the day even more comfortable. Our guide, Bobo, was fantastic. Shewas knowledgeable, engaging, and fully bilingual, which made a huge difference. My parents speak and understand Chinese, while I don’t, and Bobo handled everything seamlessly so all of us felt included and well-informed throughout the day. The entire trip was smooth, well-organised, and stress-free. From transport to timing, everything was handled perfectly, allowing us to just enjoy the experience. David was an amazing tour guide and person while touring the city sites of Beijing. He led us to the different areas providing us the background. He also took us shopping to a mall before taking us to see the wonderful acrobatic show (a must). He ensured the driver was waiting for us outside the theater to take us to our hotel. We accidentally left a piece of carry-on on the plane and had to deal with various areas at the airport (eventually lost & found). David contacted the Beijing Airport Lost and Found Department and helped locate our baggage and had it shipped to our hotel. He continually monitored the situation to ensure we received it. Unbelievable service and caring! Keith was a great guide showing us the Great Wall, Summer Palace and stadium. He provided us with a concise explanation of the various sites as he led us through them. We had excellent Chinese lunches both days. A great tour led by wonderful guides gave us a memorable experience. You cannot go wrong with this tour.

Wonderful introduction to some of the super tasty foods specific to Beijing! We really enjoyed our time with Joe our guide, who told us a lot about the food we were eating and some history of the city as well. Walking through the small streets in the area of Shichahai was an added bonus to a night of great food.
