Ms Li was an incredibly friendly, considerate and thoughtful tour guide. Even though I did not have a tour guide in person as I only bought tickets, she carefully wrote all instructions in clear and easy-to-understand English. I thought her instructions were extremely clear and helpful, and I am thankful to Ms Li for making my Beijing trip perfect. There was nothing to complain about at all, everything was 10/10 perfect experience and I will rebook with her when I go to Beijing again. She kindly answered all my questions even though I was asking many questions. Her customer service is incredibly good!!! I love my experience in China, I had such a good trip in China. I love the country, the people, the food, the sights, and wow - please give Beijing a go! People are so friendly and considerate, and I felt very safe and well looked after. The Summer Palace is a great and extensive complex. I was there at sunrise, which was particularly beautiful. Booking with Viator and then contacting Miss Li via WhatsApp was very straightforward and quick. Miss Li sent me detailed information, gave me tips and directions. The reservation was perfectly made. Li contacted me via WhatsApp and sent me the entrance codes. More importantly, a very detailed description of how to get there, how to enter and how to see the entire site. This was essential for our visit. It was perfectly described with maps and photos how to do it. You have to provide your passport numbers in order to make the reservation.
