Lama Temple great experience

Mina was great to desribe the history and usage of all the buildings inside the Lama Temple, explain the religious details and provide subtleties about the treasuries like big sandal wood Buddha Martreya statue. All in good English. Lama Temple is very popular place, even on working days, so be prepared. (Mina secured the place in the queue and provided the ticket / QR, so it was easier). The temple is definitely worth visiting.

Never More about Viator...i lose my money

It was a very bad experience, I arrived at the temple and when I passed the ticket they sent me that was not a QR code, they told me at the ticket office that it was not valid, although I had already paid for it there was Thor because the temple does not sell tickets on online platforms, so I had to buy a ticket again, that is, I lost the money I paid on Viator.

Let there be no misunderstanding here: all tickets are issued directly by the scenic spot, and if you claim not to have received yours, we clearly provided a contact number for you to reach out at any time. What’s more, if there really was an issue with the ticket, you should have filed a refund request through the platform—we would have processed it for you if the ticket was indeed unused. Yet for some reason, you chose to leave a negative review outright without ever requesting a refund, and without that request, we have no way to check the status of your ticket at all.

Scam - fake QR

They sent me a fake QR where it was showing that was refund, however nothing was in my bank account and I had to pay in the Temple. They are refusing to give me to money back and stopped to answering my messages. Think twice before buying the tickets with this scam people.

Je suis déçue car je n’ai jamais reçu mes billets mais seulement un mail avec un bon qui ne faisait pas office de billets J’ai du racheter les billets sur place pour rentrer d’autant que j’avais payer 19,90€ sur le site et que cela m’a coûté moins cher sur place donc aucun intérêt d’avoir pris en avance je demande à être remboursée j’ai la preuve des tickets achetés sur place
