We loved our tour with Ruby! She was amazing. We were picked up promptly at our hotel in downtown Beijing and driven to the Great Wall. ruby pointed out local sites that’s we passed and answered any questions we had. She also helped us to purchase lift/Tobaggon tickets and accompanied us up to the wall to help explain direction and take group pics before meeting us back down. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend her! Thanks for the great tour!

What really stood out was how proactive and strategic she was especially during our visit to the Great Wall. Kelly thoughtfully lined up for the toboggan on our behalf while we continued exploring and enjoying the views, which saved us a significant amount of time from queuing. It was such a smart and considerate gesture that made our visit even more memorable. We also deeply appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were, particularly when they graciously allowed us to pass by the Olympic Stadium even though it wasn’t part of the original itinerary. That extra effort truly meant a lot to us. Punctuality was another highlight. Kelly and the driver were always on time, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and efficiently throughout the trip. Additionally, we’re very grateful to Cathay for going the extra mile in arranging our high-speed train bookings without any additional fees. That level of service and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend their services to anyone visiting China. We will definitely book with them again on our next trip!

We had a great experience visiting the Mutianyu Great Wall. The tour was smooth and well organized. Our driver was young, friendly, and very helpful throughout the trip. He made everything easy for us and was always supportive when we needed assistance. Highly recommended!

The best tour to see the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace! Sally was so kind with us, letting us walk at our pace and enjoy our time. And she knows where the best spots for photos are! She also shared so many insightful tips and information, we learned a lot about the history of China. The dumpling restaurant was delicious too! And our driver was at our meeting spot on time, his car is super clean and he had water and a charging cable ready for us. Our experience was hassle free, our reservations for the Forbidden City and tickets to the temples and palaces were all handled for us. No need to rush and catch buses or subway. This really made for a special day in Beijing. Great for first timers!

We had an unforgettable experience on this tour and it is due to Lily being an amazing tour guide! From the start, she greeted us with a warm welcome and made sure we knew the plan for the day. We were able to see all the pandas at the Beijing Zoo since Lily knew the best time of day to visit. Our photos and videos from The Great Wall were breathtaking since she made sure we stopped at all the right spots. On the way back to our hotel, we even made an unplanned stop at a tea house since Lily knew we enjoyed tea and this was another great experience. All in all, we had a wonderful day full of memories for a lifetime and we owe a special thank you to Lily for her care of us during our trip to Beijing. My mom wanted to give her 10 stars!

We had the pleasure of visiting Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Great Wall (Mutianyu) with Lucy, a truly exceptional tour guide. From the very first moment, she proved to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. Her knowledge of the history, culture, and local traditions made each stop on the tour interesting and engaging, never boring. She managed to convey curiosities and details that we would have otherwise had difficulty discovering on our own. Furthermore, she was always available, friendly, and attentive to the group's needs, adapting the pace of the tour perfectly. Thanks to her, we had an authentic experience that was much richer than a simple tourist visit. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to truly discover the place we were visiting!

We booked with Catherine Lu tours. Jenny was our tour guide. We were trying to get the most out of our brief time in Beijing and they were very flexible and made some great recommendations. The Forbidden City was magnificent and much larger than expected. Jenny was a wealth of information and shared a lot of interesting details that brought the history to life. We rearranged our tour and were able to see forbidden city and temple of heaven, walk through the Hutong streets and even see an acrobatics show in the evening that was incredible. Lunch was delicious and we were driven in a new modern comfortable van. Highly recommend this experience to see some of the premiere sights of Beijing.

This is a beautiful part of the wall to visit, offering a great 6km hike, and fewer crowds than parts of the wall closer to Beijing. Jackie was a great driver, and it was very convenient to hire someone if you’re short on time as this part of the wall is 2-2.5 hours from Beijing.
