I recommend this tour 10000 times over!!
The forbidden city and great wall tour was amazing. The tour guide picked us up directly from our hotel in a fancy electric vehicle. The car had snacks and water for the trip. The tour guide was super professional, very patient, so personable, very informative and spoke very good English (which is uncommon in beijing).
He listened to our wants and needs and was flexible around our schedule.
After the tour we also booked various other tours through this operator - red theater acrobatics show and dumpling Making Class and tour of Beijing shopping spots, aswell as providing many helpful recommendations for food. The tour guide even included a tea ceremony FOR FREE! This is a one-stop concerige service for all the tours you may need in beijing! Soo convenient!
The tour operator was so kind and even arranged our airport transfer and when my wechat pay was not working helped us book a taxi and also spoke to various restaraunts in Chinese to help us book dinner reservations.

Jim, our driver was almost like a guide :) For the Mutianyu Great Wall, he guided us very well and we appreciate him telling us some details there.
We asked him to bring us to a nice lunch stop which we had heard about from friends and he gladly brought us there.
For the Summer Palace we were left on our own which was quite sad because we had limited time and would have needed more guidance which we feel should have been provided.

It was an extremely well organised tour. Mike had been in touch through WhatsApp since the booking and made sure all the necessary arrangements were made in the lead up to the trip. Communication was excellent throughout.

We had a great trip to the Great Wall at Mutianyu and the Forbidden City. Everything went smoothly, from pick up to drop off back at the hotel at the end of a very full day. Our driver Mr Guo was very helpful and made sure we knew where to go - he waited with us to enter the attractions and helped with taking photos. We could not have fitted so much into the day without doing this tour! Highly recommended. Mutianyu is a very nice part of the wall to visit, and by leaving early it wasn't too busy, even though we were there in peak season.

Right from the intial booking of this tour the communication between Mike and myself was brilliant. On the day of our tour we met Alvin our Driver and he was worth not just 5 stars but 10. Mike suggested that we leave the hotel little bit early because we were visiting over the national tomb sweeping holiday. This was a great suggestion, as we were able to avoid traffic and long lines at the Great Wall.
Our driver, Alvin, was so friendly and spoke excellent English.
There was an issue with our tickets going into the forbidden city. Was very very generous to ensure that we enjoyed a wonderful tour and made all the problems go away.
