Best way to spend an afternoon!

My friends and I were in Barcelona for the day for school trip, and we thought this would be a fun way to spend a couple hours! We ended up with our 2 amazing guides, Steve and faith, who not only kept us entertained, but made the experience amazing all around. Right before it was time for us to leave. It started raining, and they let us sit on the boat, eating snacks and drinking drinks, talking and messing around for an hour until the rain let up after that we did the entire two hour tour, and it has easily become, a highlight for all of us! We would definitely recommend!

Refund not issued

The operator of the boat trip messed up the booking, first moving the booking to 6pm rather than the booked 3pm, and then failing to inform us the 6pm trip was not the private experience we'd paid for until we turned up and there were other people there. Now a week later we have yet to receive a refund. Please refund now.

Mark, the refunds are processed through Viator as you booked with them, we have already requested the refund for you. I will chase up but you do also fail to say the reason your sail did not happen at 1500 was that it was booked in for 10.00 on our system which is linked to the Viator system, we called you at 10.00 as you know to ask where you where. We had no availability at 1500 so offered you to join the 1800 sail, we also offered a discount. Faith our skipper spent lots of time with you and showed you to a roof top bar and we did tried our best to make an error which was not fault of ours better.
